It was the first property I wanted to repeat.

Since the end of August last year, we have been using a property with a private open-air bath in the room approximately every three months. This time, it was a trip to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. After checking in, we were guided to our room (Tamai) through a slightly dim corridor with a Showa-era atmosphere. As soon as we opened the door at the entrance, the sunlight from outside was bright, and we were amazed by the contrast between the renovated interior and the corridor with a Showa-era atmosphere. The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the slowly flowing time while relaxing on the daybed and looking at the outside scenery, feeling refreshed. For meals, we used the "small kaiseki" included in the plan. We were worried about the word "small," but it was a sufficient amount, and we were full. During the meal, the butler explained the ingredients and provided guidance on how to eat, saying, "I recommend enjoying it this way." The guidance was not pushy but subtle, leaving a very good impression, and we were able to enjoy the meal even more. If I had to point out some concerns, ① The sound of the refrigerator was bothersome at night. ② I thought it would be nice if the dining table was partitioned. ③ At check-in, there was a section to fill in the guest's birthday, but I thought it would be good to have a section for the partner's birthday as well. Until now, I thought about staying at various properties, but I would like to use "Ashikari" every year for my wife's birthday.
