    The place was very clean, the amenities were well stocked, and I was able to relax comfortably. I especially liked the face packs and de-puffing sheets. The Room was also just the right size for one person, and I had a comfortable stay. One thing I noticed was that even after turning on the heater, it didn’t warm up for quite a while. When I checked, the remote was set to cooling mode. Since it was winter, I thought it might be better if heating could be turned on more easily right away. Also, when inserting the key card inside the Room, it was too dark to see clearly and I had trouble inserting it at first—it turned out to be a slot where you insert the card at an angle rather than straight in. This isn’t related to the Hotel, but when I shipped my suitcase by courier service, it arrived extremely dirty and with the zipper slightly open. It made me realize how roughly packages can be handled. I should have put it in a cover.

    Comfortable Hotel

    I made a reservation to try running around the Imperial Palace during my stay in Tokyo. The place was clean, spacious, conveniently located near a convenience store and station, and I had a comfortable stay. I would love to use it again if I have the chance.

    Used during a dome concert.

    The room was compact but perfectly suitable for a short stay. The room was clean, and the complimentary espresso machine was a great touch. The bed was comfortable, and I was very satisfied. The breakfast I had been looking forward to lived up to the reviews—very satisfying and delicious. I would love to stay here again if I get another chance to visit the dome.

    I stayed at the accommodation for a concert at Nippon Budokan. It was conveniently located near Hanzomon Station, with a convenience store, bakery, and coffee shop nearby. The breakfast buffet was delightful, featuring freshly made omelets prepared right in front of me. There was also an automatic pancake machine that allowed me to enjoy freshly made pancakes. The fruits, such as oranges and grapefruits, were cut into bite-sized pieces for easy eating. I would love to stay here again when attending events in the area. Thank you!

    Convenient access for everyone!

    We have been using this Hotel for a long time. As soon as you exit the ground level of Hanzomon Station, the Hotel is right in front of you. There are also two convenience stores nearby, and restaurants for dinner along the same street as the Hotel, offering dishes like oden and pasta. The Hotel is clean and tidy, with complimentary drinks and amenities available in the lobby. We will use it again!

    We had a sudden change in the number of people on the day, but they responded kindly and even changed our Room. Tea and other refreshments were provided near the elevator, which was very thoughtful. The location is very convenient as it is close to the station, so I would love to stay here again.

    Satisfied.

    I had a Multiple Night Stay. I appreciated the polite response to my somewhat complicated request for an accommodation certificate. There were capsule coffee, green tea, mineral water, and even a kettle available, so I was able to relax without any inconvenience. The cleaning of the Room after the first night was kindly delayed until my departure time. It would have been even better if I had been informed about the skincare products available in the lobby during check-in.

    Near Budokan

    I stayed for one night after attending a concert at the Budokan. The Hotel is conveniently located near Hanzomon Station, just one stop from the Budokan. On the way back, I walked as the station was crowded, but it was a manageable distance. Drinks and amenities were available in the lobby, and two bottles of water per person were provided in the Room, which was very helpful. There is also a convenience store nearby, so I had no trouble with drinks. The front desk staff were polite and attentive; I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

    Satisfied.

    This was my second stay, and this time I stayed during a concert at the Budokan. The venue was about a 20-minute walk away, which made for a nice stroll and some exercise. I also appreciated the convenient location near the station, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was more spacious and cleaner than I expected, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. While many accommodations seem to cut costs on staff training or employment these days, this hotel stood out with its attentive and proactive service, leaving a very positive impression. I would love to stay here again if I have plans in the area. Thank you!

    It was my first time staying, and I was very satisfied. Although I was unfamiliar with the area and felt anxious, the location right in front of the subway station was very convenient. The Room wasn't very large, but it was clean, compactly organized, and easy to use. The walls of the Room and bathroom were very elegant, creating a calming atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and excellent. The staff were also very pleasant and made me feel at ease. I would definitely like to stay here again!

    Delicious Breakfast Buffet

    The breakfast venue is not very spacious, but the buffet offers a wide variety of options and was enjoyable. Freshly made omelets were prepared right in front of us, and we could create our own mini seafood bowls (on this day, tuna, salmon, minced fish, salmon roe, and whitebait were available). The salads were also fresh.

You can even have an omelet made to order, which was excellent considering the price. The room was decent but not particularly noteworthy; however, it met basic expectations. The reception staff were not as bad as some reviews suggested and seemed professional despite being multinational, which might have influenced impressions. Check-in time was strictly enforced but handled politely. The room comes with two bottles of mineral water, and there’s complimentary "Oi Ocha" tea near the front desk—a nice touch for tea lovers. Overall, it's a reasonably good hotel for Tokyo standards.

    Located just steps from Metro Chiyoda Line Hanzomon Station. Being part of the Monterey Group, this Hotel offers a comfortable stay even for those unfamiliar with the area. The bed was cozy, allowing for a restful sleep. Breakfast is served buffet-style, featuring not only a variety of bread and cereals but also an impressive Japanese corner where you can enjoy seafood rice bowls—a delightful surprise! I ended up eating too much because it was so delicious. The staff were courteous and attentive, and I look forward to staying at this Hotel again next time.

    It was great to relax in the heart of the business district.

    It might have been because it was the innermost Room, but the Room was quiet, more spacious than expected, and very relaxing. The bathroom seemed a bit outdated with a standard unit bath, and the sink had separate faucets for hot and cold water, which was slightly inconvenient. However, everything else was above average, and I was satisfied to spend time quietly in the heart of Tokyo's government district.

    The TV remote control is covered with a disposable cover. The shared area sofas are equipped with washable covers. The room is thoroughly cleaned, and there are no concerns about odors from the bedding. The underground parking lot is a mechanical multi-story type, but vehicles like the HiAce (standard size) and wide Civic Type R (1.9m width) fit without issues. For cars that do not fit, parking on the entrance slope is allowed. This is convenient as nearby hotels in the same price range rarely offer parking facilities. Front desk service was smooth and problem-free. The hotel is located right in front of the station, with a convenience store nearby. There are two microwaves available on the first floor, and USB power outlets are installed on walls. Highly recommended Hotel!

    Eight-night accommodation

    心得 from staying at Hotel Monterey Hanzomon: Although it's slightly away from the city center, there's a subway station just a 1-minute walk away, making it very convenient! On the first floor of the hotel, items like masks, bath salts, and patches are provided daily for guests to use—very thoughtful service. This stay was for nine days and eight nights. The hotel assisted with towel and amenity replacements every day, ensuring excellent accommodation quality! If I have another opportunity in the future, I will definitely choose this accommodation again.

    Excellent Location

    It takes only 1 minute to reach if you take the correct exit from Hanzomon Subway Station. The location is quiet and peaceful. The staff are fluent in English and very reliable. Amenities such as lotion and cleansing products are available in front of the reception desk. Essentials like toothbrushes are provided in the Room. The Room gives a clean impression, typical of a Business Hotel.

    Would love to visit again.

    The location is very convenient, just steps away from the Hanzomon Station exit. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the pajamas provided allowed for a relaxing stay. Additionally, I appreciated that water, coffee, and tea were prepared in the Room. I would love to stay here again if I visit Tokyo in the future.
