Stay at Hana

This time, I stayed at Hana. I've stayed here twice before, but this was the most comfortable room. The room bath had a hinoki aroma, allowing me to stretch my legs and relax. The food was truly delicious and very satisfying. Since it was served in the room, I could enjoy it leisurely. The staff were also very courteous. I was surprised that they provided an extra yukata this time, as I had mentioned in a review or survey last time that it would be nice to have one. It showed they really consider their guests. However, I rated the service a 4 this time because the price of the extra dish was different. It was also my fault for not checking properly at checkout... I will make sure to confirm next time. Despite this, I was very satisfied and would like to stay again. Thank you for a wonderful time.
