Private open-air bath is preferred.

During my second stay, I was looking forward to the private open-air bath and the abalone dinner. I prefer the bath to be warm, so it was just right. Last time I came by car, but this time I took the Odoriko train and thought it would have been nice if there was a shuttle service. It was a bit disappointing that I couldn't get help with my luggage on the stairs in front of the entrance, possibly because of the simultaneous arrivals. Also, having only one room key was quite inconvenient when going to the bath separately. Having two would be helpful. The five private open-air baths allowed for a relaxing time, and both the room and bath were clean and comfortable. The timing of the meals was good, and they were delicious. I thought it would be better if the half bottle of wine included in the plan could be changed to a glass of soft drink, as some people might not be fond of alcohol. Despite some minor points, there was a drink service, and I could enjoy a relaxing bath, making for a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.
