    It was a comfortable Accommodation.

    I was able to relax while listening to the sound of water flowing in the basin in front of the Room. The Room was also spacious and comfortable. Above all, the meals were delicious, and everyone was very satisfied. However, one thing that concerned me was that I woke up after hearing a tapping sound twice during the night and again around 7 a.m. There were several outdoor units and water heaters placed outside the bedroom window, so I wondered if the sound came from that area. Even so, this Accommodation deserves full marks. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    We were very satisfied!

    I stayed with my mother, and we were satisfied with everything! The Room was spacious, bright, and spotless—almost too much for just the two of us. The bath was the perfect size and temperature. Bathing while listening to the morning birdsong was truly special. The meals I had been looking forward to most exceeded my expectations. Each dish was carefully prepared and delicious, and with the lovely atmosphere of the dining area, we had a wonderful time. We didn’t often see the Ryokan staff rushing around, but perhaps that’s part of their consideration so guests can relax in peace and quiet. If so, it’s impressively thorough. My mother especially loved it (as did I), so we would definitely like to stay again!

    I had high expectations for a stay in the suite, so it was a bit disappointing. The Accommodation’s atmosphere, Onsen, and meals were not bad, but there was nothing particularly memorable, and it felt like several details fell short—such as the after-dinner coffee being instant. I won’t be staying again.

    We had a relaxing and comfortable stay.

    We stayed as a couple. From the moment we arrived by car, we were warmly welcomed and shown to a clean, spacious Room. We used the large public bath, and the water temperature was comfortable—not too hot. The dining area was a fully private room, so we could relax without worrying about others, and every dish was delicious. We had informed them in advance that there were many foods we could not eat due to allergies, and we were truly impressed by how thoughtfully they accommodated us without diminishing the enjoyment of the meal. The in-room water dispenser was also convenient. Above all, the staff were exceptionally hospitable—polite, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. It was a very comfortable stay with high satisfaction. Thank you very much.

    All the dishes were ...

    All the dishes were served at just the right temperature and were delicious. The menu also reflected the season, so I’d love to visit again in a different season. The Room was spacious, and we were able to relax comfortably. The Onsen was a bit lukewarm, but it felt great and left our skin smooth. It was very relaxing and wonderful.

    A Luxurious Getaway

    We chose this Ryokan because we wanted a truly luxurious trip. From the moment we made our Reservation, they responded quickly to our questions, and we couldn’t wait for our stay. From the warm welcome on arrival, we genuinely felt glad we had chosen this place. When we got to our Room, my husband was amazed by how gorgeous it was. With a sauna and an open-air bath, he kept saying one night wasn’t enough to fully enjoy it all. The staff member in charge of our Room was also perfect—thoughtful and professional in every way. The food was absolutely delicious as well. We love traveling and go about once a month, and my husband said this was the best trip we’ve ever had. Thank you so much.

    An Accommodation You’ll Want to Visit Again

    The entire Accommodation is comfortably covered with tatami mats, and in addition to yukata, samue loungewear is also provided, making for a very relaxing stay. The Room amenities were the best I’ve ever experienced, and the private hinoki bath in the Room allowed 24-hour temperature control, so being able to soak anytime felt truly luxurious. At the post-bath relaxation lounge, beer service was also available, and it was wonderful to unwind in such an atmospheric space. The meals were carefully served one dish at a time like a course menu, and everything was delicious. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

    We stayed in three Rooms on February 24.

    Thanks to your exceptional kindness, we had a truly wonderful time. We stayed in three Rooms—two guests from Osaka and four from Chiba—and every Room was spotless and beautifully maintained. Our attendant was absolutely wonderful; even with our large group, she looked after us with a warm smile throughout, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The Shuttle Service staff were also very kind. Everyone we met was so considerate, and we are truly grateful. Thanks to Ryokusuitei, this became a memorable celebration for both a birthday and a 90th birthday (Sotsuju). Thank you very much for the gift as well. Thank you also for contacting us about our forgotten item—we appreciate your help and apologize for the trouble. This was our third stay, and we are all saying we would love to visit again.

    Thank you for the excellent hospitality.

    We spent our annual New Year's at the Onsen with my 97-year-old mother and four family members. The place was accommodating for both the elderly and children, which was very helpful. The bath in the room was a bit chilly but had a very nice atmosphere. The room was spacious, with both beds and futons provided. The food portions were slightly too large, but the grilled abalone was exceptionally big!

    A cozy and friendly accommodation

    The property makes excellent use of its slightly narrow and uneven land to create a comfortable space. There is a lounge where you can enjoy coffee, and the large public bath with perfectly managed water temperature was very relaxing. The large ceramic bathtub installed in the Room was also enjoyable. The meals were delicious, and the staff were friendly and approachable, making me want to visit again.

    Stay Again Accommodation

    The staff, including the hostess, were very pleasant, and the attention to detail throughout the accommodation was impressive, making my stay extremely comfortable. The room's cypress bath and coffee maker were excellent. The meals were truly delicious, beautifully presented, and reflected the sea and seasons. Although I was worried about finishing everything due to my small appetite, I enjoyed it all. It was an accommodation I would love to visit again.

    An accommodation that offers warmth and hospitality

    The staff were very pleasant, and my elementary school son and I had a fun and comfortable stay. The cleaning was impeccable, and the meals were very delicious. The Room's indoor bath was clean and comfortable (I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a screen door). It would be even more wonderful if there were more greenery in the view from the Room! I would love to stay here again when traveling to Sotobo.

    The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. However, the TV could only be watched from the chair or on the bed in the bedroom; it would have been even better if there were a more relaxing setup for viewing. The meals, prepared with fresh ingredients and not overly elaborate, were delicious. On one of the coldest days of this season, the chill in the hallway leading to the dining area and shower room was noticeable; some improvements here would enhance comfort. Towels and toiletries were abundant in both quality and quantity. The semi-open-air bath had just the right temperature—not too hot or too mild—and I enjoyed it four times during my stay. This was my seventh stay this year in a room with an open-air bath (with private dining), and considering its cost-performance ratio, I confidently rank it as A-grade.

    I had a relaxing time.

    The meals were very delicious, and although we are a couple who don't drink alcohol, the timing of serving the food was perfect. The Onsen water had a slight smoothness to it, making it feel like it clung gently to the skin. The room's open-air bath was also an Onsen, but the view wasn't very impressive and felt more like a semi-open-air bath. All the staff were pleasant and provided just the right amount of service, making our stay comfortable.

    The checkout experience was disappointing.

    This was my second stay. Overall, it is a very satisfying Accommodation, but at checkout there were not enough chairs (they were in use), and I had to wait while carrying heavy luggage. Since crowding at checkout is easily predictable, I think consideration is needed—such as adding more chairs (or introducing a system that allows guests to complete the checkout process in advance). Because the rest of the stay was so satisfying, it was very disappointing right at the end. If this is improved, it is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again.

    We were concerned about the meal options for pregnancy and the smell of the open-air bath.

    During my pregnancy, I informed the staff in advance that raw fish and raw meat were not suitable for me. However, I was very surprised to find items like salmon roe and raw cod roe served at breakfast. When I pointed this out, the response was, "I didn't think it was considered raw fish," which made me feel there was a lack of attention to safety. This was supposed to be a special maternity trip with my mother and husband, so it was very disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom in our room had a peculiar smell that bothered us. The open-air Onsen in the room also had a strong chlorine odor, making it difficult to relax. While there were positive aspects such as the food and atmosphere, I believe improving safety measures and Facility management would make for a more comfortable stay.

    Disappointing Accommodation

    We arrived around 3:00 PM, a busy time. It was a stay for two (each with luggage). While my luggage was carried, my husband's was not, and he had to carry it himself. Moreover, on departure, even my luggage wasn’t carried. The hostess seemed focused on greeting repeat guests (though this was our second visit), and we were almost ignored, which left us quite shocked (this was the most disappointing part). The plan cost over 80,000 yen for a Sunday stay without using points. However, the amenities felt more like those of a guesthouse or a one-room apartment bathroom setup. That said, the staff provided excellent service and made us feel slightly comforted.

    Used for my husband's birthday.

    Located in a quiet area slightly uphill from the seaside of Kamogawa. The staff, including the hostess, warmly welcomed us, making our stay very pleasant. On the day we visited, there seemed to be fewer guests, so we were able to enjoy the large public bath all to ourselves! The room, large public bath, and dining area were all impeccably clean and well-maintained. We stayed in a room with an open-air bath this time, and the water temperature was just right, allowing us to relax and forget the busyness of daily life. The terrace greenery and the view outside were stunning, and it was the first time in a long while that we woke up to such a refreshing morning. Breakfast was quite plentiful, but everything was delicately seasoned and absolutely delicious. Both my husband and I were extremely satisfied, and I am so happy to have found such a wonderful accommodation as a birthday gift for my onsen-loving husband. We would love to visit again!

    It was excellent!

    I stayed at this accommodation again after visiting about three years ago because I couldn't resist returning. Last time was in autumn, and this time I enjoyed the summer version of the meals, which were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The tableware was also lovely. The room's bath was different from before, allowing 24-hour access, so I used it multiple times. It was clean and well-maintained. This is truly an exceptional accommodation in every way. Usually, when revisiting the same place, the excitement fades compared to the first visit, but here it only gets better each time. I'll definitely come back again! Thank you very much!

    The in-room water dispenser was great. During my stay, I had to shorten the number of nights, and it was good that a partial refund was provided. However, there was no detailed communication about the rules regarding the non-refundable amount unless I asked. Additionally, I noticed that the person in charge of explanations was often unavailable (every time I called, I was told they were not available).

    Shunsai no Yado Ryokusuitei Suigyoku

    I stayed at Ryokusuitei Accommodation and enjoyed a quiet and elegant time in the mountains. I reserved a detached suite, which was so spacious that it felt almost wasteful. The room had a slight musty smell, and when I refilled the water bath on the second floor, small debris appeared. It was unfortunate that there was a neighboring house visible outside the window, requiring us to close the blinds. The Onsen had excellent water that made my skin smooth. I was satisfied with the Facility as I booked a good room. The meals were exceptionally delicious with perfect seasoning; both dinner and breakfast were thoroughly enjoyable. Overall, I am satisfied. Thank you very much!

    As expected

    It was an excellent accommodation as expected. The food and hospitality were great. Above all, for a solo traveler, having a large TV and Blu-ray is essential for watching movies or relaxing in the bath. The only disappointment was the lack of free drinks in the room refrigerator, which is unusual for such a high-quality accommodation.

    Early autumn in Boso was hot...

    Stayed in a room with an open-air bath in the main building. The room was spacious, had a terrace, and was sufficient for two people. However, due to sudden rain and unstable weather on the day, when we tried to step out onto the terrace after being shown to our room, everything from footwear to chairs was soaking wet. When I mentioned this to the staff member who brought us tea, shortly after, the manager arrived with two cleaning staff who thoroughly cleaned everything beautifully. The open-air bath was very relaxing. In the lounge area, draft beer is available—a nice touch—but since it’s relatively small, there’s a notice limiting usage to 30 minutes per visit. However, some previous guests stayed much longer than that... When I went back for another drink after using the large public bath post-soak relaxation time—they were still there! It felt quite inconsiderate. Meals were as expected—delicious kaiseki cuisine for dinner and Japanese-style breakfast in the morning—but portions were too large for me personally. I had asked beforehand if adjustments could be made due to my small appetite but was told it wasn’t possible. Especially at breakfast where I left quite a bit behind; felt bad about wasting food—hope portion options might become adjustable someday. Overall though—it’s such peaceful accommodation likely fully booked during our stay yet interactions within shared spaces remained minimal which makes ideal sense if seeking quiet downtime here specifically! That said—not much sightseeing nearby without access via car so ended up heading straight home afterward instead of exploring further locally. Given pricing levels involved overall experience aligns accordingly; thank you again wonderful accommodation team hosting us well throughout duration spent together!

    It was a good Ryokan.

    The shuttle service, reception, and meal services were all handled with great care and attention at this Ryokan. There were plenty of amenities, the Onsen's water quality was excellent, and the environment was very comfortable, making for a highly satisfying stay. Even though we caused some inconvenience by not finishing dinner and requesting rice to be made into onigiri for a late-night snack or arriving about 10 minutes early for breakfast, the staff responded graciously. This is a Ryokan I would recommend to others and would love to visit again. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
