    Everything is completely satisfactory, but...

    I think families with children will be very satisfied. With an onsen and sauna, adults will surely be very satisfied as well. The buffet was also very delicious, but since we stayed in a semi-suite, I would have appreciated a bit more consideration for the seating location.

    Beautiful sunrise

    The sunrise from the room is very beautiful! The most disappointing thing was the sushi for dinner, which was just terrible (crying). I was satisfied with the variety of breakfast! Is the bath a circulation system? It doesn't feel like an onsen at all (unfortunately). As per the reviews, the check-in process took a long time, and there was a storm of complaints from other guests! If Hilton owners are to be prioritized, I think the counters should be clearly separated in advance (like an airline check-in counter). I was outraged by the way Hilton owners were prioritized by cutting in line. This time, I was very grateful for the benefits of being an IKYU Diamond member (thankful).

    It was very wonderful, but the only disappointing thing was

    We are grateful to enjoy luxurious facilities befitting a first-class hotel, including a pool and onsen large bath, at a reasonable price, along with attentive service and delicious meals. We are always very satisfied and stay several times a year as a couple. However, the only disappointment this time was that three elderly women were loudly conversing endlessly in the sauna within the pool facility. They were likely members of a regular swimming school or similar. The content of their conversation was not pleasant, and with the complete end of COVID-19 not yet in sight, it was terribly inconsiderate of those around them. I thought it would be advisable to post signs such as "No talking in the sauna" and ensure thorough awareness among users, including members. The elegant mood was ruined, so I felt compelled to comment.

    As expected of Hilton.

    The service and staff's smiles are excellent. Today, we only had the lunch buffet, but everything was delicious. The curry, in particular, was outstanding!

    Family Trip

    We visited for a family trip. Among the many hotels, we chose this Hotel and were looking forward to it. The words of the first staff we encountered were quite harsh (they were unaware of it). The manager came out, and with kind words and a sincere attitude, he eased our unpleasant feelings considerably. Words and expressions can make a big difference in how things turn out.

    It was perfect.

    Stayed for a celebration. Everything, including prior arrangements and surprises, was perfectly handled. Thank you for the very courteous service from the phone correspondence. I stayed several times nearly 20 years ago, and it was even more wonderful than then. I was completely satisfied with the room, service, and meals. The spirit of hospitality was felt everywhere.

    Use by three generations of family

    We decided to stay at this Hotel, where we previously visited for a lunch buffet that was very delicious, to celebrate a family birthday. This time, we chose a Plan with breakfast included, and as always, the meals were delicious, with a wide variety of local Odawara-style dishes that filled us up. The taste of the oden and seafood bowl was very good. They also introduced activities and Facilities to ensure our elementary school child could enjoy, allowing us to have fun across three generations with bowling and the pool after a long time. The tea we had at the restaurant on the lobby floor and the Hotel bread we bought at the shop on our way back were also very delicious. Thank you very much.

    Facility is well-equipped.

    This time, we stayed with our dog. The spacious dog run and vast grounds made for a comfortable walk. The view from the room was excellent, with a view of the sea. The buffet was also delicious. The facility was well-equipped, and the heated pool was not cold, which was very nice. Breakfast was on the terrace with our dog. It was a bit chilly, but they provided blankets and such. The shop is also spacious! We would love to repeat our stay.

    Hotel I want to visit again

    When my husband was injured, we received very courteous and appropriate care, for which we are grateful. Thank you very much. The meals, Onsen, and pool exceeded our expectations. Our grandchild also seemed to have a lot of fun. We will use it again with our family.

    Hilton Odawara after a long time

    Child-friendly Facility Pool, amusement, Onsen The whole family was satisfied. We reconfirmed that it is a Hotel where you can feel even better if you stay for two or three nights instead of just one.

    I was able to relax very comfortably with my beloved dog.

    I was worried about causing trouble on our long-awaited trip with my beloved dog, but we were able to relax together as there were a few other companions in the welcoming atmosphere. The room, meals, onsen, and service were all satisfactory, and although it's a bit of a distance, I would like to stay again.

    The mood was great in the Ocean View Room.

    Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but there are three points of concern. 1) The toilet flush in the Room did not stop after one use. 2) I wished there was a brush or comb in the Room. 3) At the buffet, small children were taking food while wearing shoes. I understand it can't be helped, but I was concerned because their shoes were frequently over the food, even though they didn't touch it.
