    The staff's service ...

    The staff's service was excellent, the large public bath was well-maintained and wonderful, the meals were just the right amount and delicious, and the sea urchin soup hot pot was particularly exquisite.

    The food was so delicious and impressive!

    The food was all delicious and I was impressed! The staff who attended to us during the meal were very kind and attentive. Thank you. The room was also very lovely and I was very satisfied. One disappointing thing was that although the view from the large window was excellent, there was quite a bit of bird droppings, which was sad. It didn't seem like it had just happened, so I wondered why, since everything else was perfect. I was happy to have pajamas in addition to the yukata. It was a nice property, so I would like to visit again.

    I think it's good, but the price is...

    I often choose properties in this price range and stay about 10 nights a year, but I found it quite lacking for the price. Even saying it gently, I think it would be reasonable if it were 30% cheaper on the day before a holiday. The property I stayed at the previous day was in the same price range, but I wanted to go back even if it was 30% more expensive, which was in contrast. However, as long as the price is cheap, it is a good property, so if you can stay cheaply depending on the season and room, the satisfaction level is likely to increase. Here are some points that caught my attention. - The interior has been nicely and tastefully renovated, and the lobby and the terrace in front of the lobby are good, but it's a shame that there are some gaps here and there. For example, the stairs to the rooftop bath have a semi-backstage setup, and every time I pass through here, I feel like I'm being pulled back to reality from the travel mood. Also, although it was a room on the top floor, the corridor to the room has been renovated, but the design is cluttered, and it doesn't match the corridor in this price range. I doubted the sense just by the fact that the door check is visible on the corridor side. It's disappointing that you can see a warehouse outside the 3rd-floor post-bath space and there's only one cold water dispenser. The terrace is nice, but it's a bit disappointing to see a light truck. I would like to make it invisible with planting, etc. - The premium lounge doesn't have a premium feel. I thought it would be premium only if it had a dedicated terrace connection, windows with a clear sea view other than the middle seats, relaxed furniture, and an atmosphere where you can spend more comfortably than the entrance lobby. - The food was mediocre in quantity, quality, and taste. This food is not acceptable in this price range. The main dish for breakfast was dried fish. That's it, and without refreshing drinks, delicious fruits, or freshly cooked warm main dishes, it's not enough. There's no coffee after the meal either. At this price, I thought there would be something extra plus a signature dish of the property. It was really simple. Additionally, regarding the way meals are cleared, I thought it was inappropriate to stack dishes in front of customers. It made me feel bad. - Being greeted in a loud voice, how about that? I would like a slightly more elegant atmosphere. - In the morning, perhaps for ventilation, the door on the emergency stairs side was slightly open, revealing the back, and the cleaning staff was half out of the linen room door, staring at the guest corridor, which was unpleasant. My opinion may be a minority. For some people, it might be the best property.

    We are very grateful for the thoughtfulness of the staff. We stayed as a couple, and it became a wonderful memory of our trip to Hiroshima. We would like to use the Property again. Thank you very much.

    Used for a birthday stay.

    The building is a bit old, but it has been renovated and is very clean inside. I also liked the premium lounge. I stayed at the open-air bath attached to Suifantei, and the ceiling was high and the bath was larger than I expected. The large public bath is often quite crowded, so it is highly recommended for those who want to relax in the hot water. Although it is on the port side, I also liked the view. The rooftop observation bath is quite small, but the view is amazing, and at night, the sky is full of stars. Before dinner, it gets crowded with people touring the baths, so you can relax at a later time or early in the morning. The service is straightforward, but sufficient. The meal, especially the famous hot pot for dinner, was simply exquisite. I requested a cake for a birthday celebration (for an additional fee), and it was delicious, and I was very happy to receive a Bizen ware gift. I was able to relax in the longed-for Tomonoura, and it was a wonderful birthday. Thank you very much.

    Satisfied!

    Whenever I visit Tomonoura for a grave visit, I always stay here. The open-air bath, service, and food are always excellent. From the room, I could see Sensuijima and the sunrise, which was very soothing. I will stay here again when I visit Tomonoura.
