Points of Concern

I have used the club floor several times. I had a comfortable time again this time, but I would like to mention two points that caught my attention. Regarding the teabags in the club lounge, there are four types available. Two of them, Darjeeling and Earl Grey, come in black packaging, making it difficult to distinguish by color. During both the tea time and breakfast I attended, both were Earl Grey, and upon closer inspection, they were mixed. I am not sure if other guests rearranged them or if the staff did not understand that there are two types, but I hope for improvements to make them easier to distinguish. I am a tea lover, but I am not fond of Earl Grey. There is a long sofa in the room for relaxation, but there are no cushions. I used a pillow as a substitute, but it was too soft. As seen in many other hotels, I thought it would be comfortable if there were at least two cushions available. I am always highly satisfied, so I plan to visit again.
