Everything exceeded expectations.
During the summer vacation season, I was very pleased to stay in a quiet Room. The only downside was the stink bug smell in the Room, but that was it. The customer service was not unpleasant at all. The seasonal sale hamo dish was delicious, and many of the less noticeable dishes were also tasty. The salt-grilled ayu fish was delicious as well. The garlic shrimp was also very tasty; it would have been even better if served piping hot—though I understand it's challenging. The bath area had towels provided, which made things very convenient. Thank you!

We will take your valuable feedback regarding the serving temperature of the garlic shrimp into consideration for future improvements. However, we sincerely apologize for any discomfort caused by the odor in your room due to stink bugs.
