  The classical atmosphere is wonderful.

  I stayed for one night on January 3rd. Having previously stayed at the Monterey in Okinawa, I had some expectations, and this place also had a very classical atmosphere throughout the premises, which was lovely. The beef tongue at breakfast was about 1cm thick, very tender, and delicious. I had originally planned to visit a beef tongue restaurant, but this was satisfying enough. I didn't use the large bath on the top floor due to the New Year's crowd, but I did enjoy the post-bath lounge. The complimentary drinks, snacks, and ice cream were a high-satisfaction service. The lounge had a relaxing atmosphere with reclining sofas, which was quite nice. Being close to the station, I was able to enjoy sightseeing and shopping, making it a very pleasant trip.

  Comfortable, but I might try something different next time.

  I have used this hotel several times when on business trips to Sendai. It is close to the station and offers good cost performance. However, I am concerned about the following points. Since the room has wooden flooring, the sound of chairs being dragged echoes, and the closet is closed off, so I can't see the cleanliness inside. With more hotels available, I might choose a different one next time.
