    It was excellent.

    I stayed for two nights with the Multiple Night Stay Plan. The twin Room was very spacious, the air conditioning was just right, and I was able to spend my time very comfortably. Breakfast was a buffet with a good balance and variety, and every dish was very delicious. I was also very satisfied with the takeaway drink service. I would definitely like to use it again when I visit Sapporo in the future. It is a Hotel I would recommend to my acquaintances.

    The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options.

    I think it's a good Hotel. It was clean and a comfortable stay. Especially the breakfast buffet features appetizers with a special touch of Hokkaido. I don't know of any other Stays with such an attractive buffet as here.

    Breakfast buffet is excellent.

    I was impressed by how amazing Hokkaido is. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The most impressive dish was the beef stew, and I definitely want to come back to have it again. The staff were very kind and accommodating, making our trip very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

    The front desk service is outstanding! The meals are also very satisfying!

    I regularly stay at this hotel for work about 1-2 times a month, but this time, I stayed for two nights with my wife before a one-night work stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary (the reservation was made through IKYU for two nights). First of all, the front desk was quick to respond, and we were able to stay in the same room for all three nights, which was greatly appreciated. Also, on this day, the temperature dropped, and the room's heating was not very effective, but in the end, they brought blankets and a heater to the room, and we managed to get by. The breakfast buffet was so luxurious that, after indulging in all the autumn flavors, my wife didn't feel hungry until the evening. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

    The breakfast is delicious.

    The breakfast was very elaborate and delicious. However, upon entering the Room, it somehow felt like it wasn't properly cleaned. When I went to the bath, there was a lot of mold. I cleaned before entering, but the parts that can't be seen unless you're in the bath had a lot of mold. I would like the cleaning staff to first get into the bathtub and take a look. The Room was very noisy from above, and I couldn't sleep from 5 AM. I could hear sounds of running around and even the closet being opened.

    This is the second Hotel in my life that only offers cash on delivery in this era. It was very disappointing.

    In front of Odori Park

    The limousine bus from the airport stopped in front of the hotel, and the subway and downtown area were within walking distance, making it very convenient. We were upgraded to a better room, allowing us to relax comfortably. The breakfast we were looking forward to also had a wide variety and was delicious.

    Very satisfied

    This hotel offers good value for money. Although I didn't have much of an appetite and couldn't eat much, the breakfast was good. I definitely want to stay here again.

    The room was difficult to use.

    I have stayed here before and the breakfast buffet is delicious, so I stayed again. I stayed for consecutive nights, but there was no window, and the toilet and bath unit were separate, so I had to open another door to wash my hands after using the toilet. It felt like a space where a room was forcibly created in a narrow area. Even as a Diamond member, I was assigned to such a place. Well, I understand that when it's crowded, someone has to use that room, but since I stayed for consecutive nights, it was a bit inconvenient and disappointing.
