    A Safe Stay and Comfortable Lounge

    I stayed in a twin Room for a solo trip. Since I am sensitive to noise, I requested a high-floor corner Room, and they kindly prepared a spacious and quiet corner Room on the 9th floor with beautiful views of the main street and park. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a very restful stay. As my stay was No Meals Included, I enjoyed Hokkaido's signature sweets and a wide variety of drinks in the lounge, which left me completely satisfied. I also appreciated watching videos showcasing famous spots in Hokkaido, which added to my experience. Although I had plans to go out in the evening, it was too cold outside and the lounge was so comfortable that I decided to take my time planning the rest of my trip there instead. When visiting Sapporo again, I will definitely choose this place for my stay. The attentive service made me feel truly welcomed—thank you very much!

    Delicious breakfast!

    It was excellent.

    Before the pandemic, the buffet was excellent, and I stayed here multiple times. Although I was disappointed that there were no lunch or dinner services now, I decided to stay after reading good reviews about the breakfast and lounge. I managed to make a reservation at a very reasonable price, so I didn’t have high expectations for the room. However, upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and functional it was—it made for a very enjoyable stay. The room was spacious, and the small area in front of the bathroom was convenient for changing clothes—I found it impressive. After returning home and checking my reservation details, I realized my room had been upgraded—thank you! The staff at reception, lounge, restaurant, as well as those cleaning in the morning were all smiling and welcoming. They also responded promptly when I forgot something. Since I visit Sapporo several times a year, I'd love to stay here again!

    I want to visit again!

    We stayed at a room in North Resort for the first time as a family of four. The experience was excellent. The room was bright, clean, and stylish! Unfortunately, our flight to New Chitose Airport was significantly delayed and shortened our stay, so we couldn't arrive during the lounge's open hours, which is our only regret. However, we plan to make a reservation again for our next trip to Sapporo. Next time, we would like a multiple night stay.

    A Relaxing Hotel

    It was my first time using this service, and I was impressed by the kind response at the front desk. Upon entering the Room, I was moved by how clean it was. As I stayed alone for single use, it was very comfortable. Although the bathroom shows some aging, being next to Odori Park allowed me to enjoy a relaxing Sapporo-like view. I will definitely use this service again next time.

    I love the high ceilings!

    This is my third stay. The room is clean, spacious, and has an open ceiling (I took a photo from the accommodation floor). Having breakfast on the first floor is a great delight. The breakfast service was excellent, and I enjoyed the meal; it would have been even better if curry was available (as I personally like it). I plan to visit Sapporo next month and hope to stay here again if it fits my schedule.

    It was a very comfortable trip.

    It was convenient as it was close to Nishi 11-Chome Station. Since it faces Odori Park, it was easy to find the hotel even when walking from Odori Station. The breakfast included many dishes made with ingredients from Hokkaido and was very delicious. I was also happy to enjoy freshly made omelets. I appreciated the exclusive lounge for guests where snacks and a drink bar were available. The staff were cheerful and pleasant, making the stay enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

    The location is quit...

    The location is quite far from Odori Station, making it challenging to walk with a suitcase in the summer heat. The bus stop on the opposite side is also far, and the explanation of its location at the front desk was unclear, so I couldn't use it. It takes over 10 minutes to walk from Odori Station with luggage, which can be tough in rainy weather. There was no information about station elevators either, which felt inconvenient. The best part of my stay was discovering the lounge (not mentioned during check-in), available from 15:00-21:00 with drinks and snacks—a very nice touch. The room's air conditioning could be freely adjusted, and I enjoyed having a view of the park from my window. I was lucky to secure an affordable rate by booking early. Within walking distance are several conveniences like convenience stores, cafes, supermarkets, 100-yen shops, and restaurants—very handy. Most housekeepers seemed to be foreign men; they were all polite and pleasant but I would have preferred female staff if entering my room.

    1-night stay with breakfast Plan was great.

    The stay was short due to a business trip with a late-night check-in and early morning check-out, but I was glad to have chosen the breakfast option! The breakfast buffet featuring many Hokkaido ingredients was very satisfying. The elevator had windows overlooking the open interior of the accommodation, providing a sense of openness and relaxation. Although my stay was brief and I didn’t use the lounge for dining or drinks, I’ve experienced similar services at other accommodations in the past, where it was convenient for taking a quick break before heading out again. It’s definitely a great service. The location is slightly tucked away from the main tourist area but quiet and convenient for temporary rest. While it’s not too far from the subway station, without familiarity with the area, I passed by both during day and night. A noticeable sign on the main street would be helpful (apologies if there already is one that I missed).

    We stayed for one night. Due to a duplicate reservation, our room was upgraded, allowing us to enjoy a more spacious and relaxing stay than expected. While the facility is not brand new, it is well-maintained and very comfortable. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the lack of an outlet near the bedside, which made it inconvenient to charge my phone overnight. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the lounge for guests offered snacks and drinks, all of which provided a satisfying experience.

    Stayed for 3 nights starting August 18!

    Stayed with family! Odori Park is right in front, and Susukino and Tanukikoji are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient! It would have been even better if there was a large public bath, but since it was hot despite being up north, we kept returning to the Room to take baths before heading out again. Walking through the park with a beer in hand gave us that perfect traveler’s vibe! The weather wasn’t great, but everything else about the Hotel made for a satisfying stay. Thank you!

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located on the main street with a beer garden right in front. The room was spacious and comfortable. The lounge exclusively for accommodation guests was also great. On the other hand, regarding room cleaning, during my 5-night stay, vacuuming was done only once. It felt a bit insufficient. I thought it would be nice if they offered vacuum cleaners for rent so I could clean myself.

    Overall, it was a satisfying stay, and I had a comfortable time. The Hotel has the charm of a classic establishment with a calm atmosphere. While some parts of the Facility show signs of age, both the interior and guest rooms were impeccably clean. For those who appreciate this kind of character, it is a very pleasant Hotel. The breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious, allowing guests to enjoy flavors unique to Hokkaido. The staff provided courteous service, and I would love to stay here again when visiting Sapporo.

    Location

    The location was good, but the Facility and amenities did not match the price for a lower-tier experience. The refrigerator had an unpleasant smell from previous guests, which was uncomfortable. The lighting also did not work. The twin smoking room on a high floor was decent.

    The counter seats in the breakfast area are terrible.

    Information for solo travelers The layout of the breakfast area has changed at this Hotel, which I have used several times. It's great that the waiting time has almost disappeared. For solo travelers, you will be guided to counter seats. These seats are dimly lit, narrow with only enough depth for a tray, and tightly packed together. It does not create an atmosphere suitable for enjoying a meal—it's quite disappointing. It's unfortunate because other services and the breakfast itself at this Hotel are excellent.

    No coffee available

    It's disappointing that coffee is not available. I went to the restaurant in the morning, willing to pay for it, but was told I couldn't purchase it unless it was with breakfast. Since coffee is offered for free in the lounge after 3 PM, couldn't something be arranged?

    The lounge is excellent! (Free for guests)

    Guests can enjoy a complimentary lounge with over 10 types of sweets available for unlimited consumption. Soft drinks are also free of charge. The space is spacious, offers a great view outside, and provides an excellent experience. I remembered being disappointed last month when I stayed at a famous hotel in Akasaka where the free lounge only offered coffee, making me appreciate this service even more. Although I didn’t dine within the hotel, the breakfast venue on the first floor was spacious, had a pleasant atmosphere, and was very clean—I’d like to try it next time. The single room I stayed in had noticeable drainage noise from upper floors, which was slightly bothersome. The location is convenient with Odori Park right in front of the accommodation and close proximity to downtown areas, convenience stores, and subway stations.

    Stayed for 2 nights ...

    Stayed for 2 nights with a friend in the Excellence Floor Twin Room. The room was more spacious compared to other Hotel twin rooms, with well-equipped amenities, making for a comfortable stay. The flooring and overall calm atmosphere of the Room made it very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was delightful, especially the cheese, which I liked so much that I bought some as souvenirs from a department store on my way back. While not very close to Sapporo or Susukino, both are within walking distance if needed. There is a cycle port in front of the Hotel; we used it for a day to visit Hitsujigaoka and Sapporo Dome round trip. However, when asking about using the shared bicycles at the front desk, staff seemed unsure about details, which was disappointing. It would be great if Hotel staff could provide explanations on how to use them since there’s such convenient access right outside. Overall though, I was highly satisfied and would love to stay at this Hotel again!

    I stayed here again following last year.

    I stayed here around June last year and was very satisfied with the Room and breakfast. This year, I visited during the Sapporo Lilac Festival. Since I was able to check in right at 3 PM this time, I enjoyed the welcome drink and snacks service at the lounge, which were very delicious. They also gave me great ideas for souvenirs. I would love to stay here again!

    The breakfast is delicious.

    The surrounding environment is pleasant, quiet, and relaxing. Even with the omission of cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay, towel replacements are provided, so it was not inconvenient. If anything is needed, the nearby convenience store has everything you might require. The newly opened lounge offers tea and snacks, which were much appreciated after returning tired from walking. The restaurant is spacious and offers a variety of delicious Hokkaido specialties with smooth service, making it an excellent experience overall.

    I feel refreshed!

    After check-in, I enjoyed snacks and coffee in the lounge. It was very delicious as I was tired from walking. The Room was very clean with a great view, making my stay comfortable. There is a convenience store nearby, and the area is quiet even at night. I also had breakfast. While there didn’t seem to be any sashimi, the grilled lamb was very delicious. Overall, the meal was well-balanced and colorful, with desserts like donuts and yogurt mousse being particularly delightful. I would love to stay here again!

    Meticulous hospitality

    This was my first time using the service, and I am more satisfied than I expected. The arrangement of the bath and toilet in the Room, the cleanliness, and the front staff were kind and courteous. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious.     It was excellent.

    I stayed for two nights with the Multiple Night Stay Plan. The twin Room was very spacious, the air conditioning was just right, and I was able to spend my time very comfortably. Breakfast was a buffet with a good balance and variety, and every dish was very delicious. I was also very satisfied with the takeaway drink service. I would definitely like to use it again when I visit Sapporo in the future. It is a Hotel I would recommend to my acquaintances.
