  Neighbor's conversation

  I could hear the conversation of the couple in the next room clearly enough to understand the content. This is the first time I've experienced such a thing at a four-star Hotel class. The battery of the emergency flashlight was almost dead. The staff's attitude at the time of checkout was not good.

  The Facility is not new, but overall, the cost performance is good.

  The Facility is not new, and while the access is not bad, the cost performance is good for this price in central Tokyo during the New Year. The staff also provide a pleasant response. It might be worth repeating.

  It was an ordinary Hotel.

  It was a very good Hotel.

  I used it for the first time because it was a hotel near the venue for the live event. I parked my car in the parking lot without any problems, left my luggage in the afternoon, and went out. When I returned, I was surprised to find the lobby overflowing with people waiting for reception, but I was grateful for the excellent service as they had made a reception reservation for me according to my return time, so I was able to check in immediately. The room was a bit small, but it was clean, and above all, the staff at the front desk were very courteous. I was also satisfied with the breakfast.

  Relaxing

  It was my first time staying at the hotel, so I was a bit nervous. At check-in, I was treated politely and everything went smoothly. The room was spacious and I was able to relax. However, there was one disappointing thing. I was concerned about the stain on the bathroom floor. Other than that, everything was very good. I will use it again.

  Check-in takes too long.

  Even though it is a famous Hotel in Tokyo and very popular, the check-in takes too long and it's too crowded. The self-check-in machine is unusable due to network issues, and the desire to relax quickly in the Room is completely ruined. If they let you input your address and name online beforehand, it should significantly reduce the time. The inefficiency was not what you would expect from a top-class Hotel in Tokyo. I chose it this time because it's close to the dome, but I was quite disappointed.

  Single?

  We stayed for consecutive nights as a couple, but this time the room was as small as a single. Before COVID, I occasionally used this place and was always satisfied with a room that felt like a double, even when I was alone. The breakfast was good.

  It's a wonderful hotel.

  Thank you every time. Thank you for the spacious room and bath where I can bring the elderly, and for the large amount of toilet paper to clean the floor. Every time, I lay sheets on the floor bed and use it. My mother said the bath felt great. The Chinese food was also excellent, thank you. The room was cold. The heating was helpful.
