    Ideal for large groups

    Finding a hotel in Tokyo with a room for five people can be challenging, but we stayed at this accommodation. Having stayed here decades ago, we were prepared for it to feel outdated, but the stay exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent—close to the station and within walking distance of Tokyo Dome. The room was clean and had five beds, which was perfect for our family. The jet bath was a great way to relieve travel fatigue!

    Slightly outdated plumbing

    Used for a concert at Tokyo Dome. Close to the Dome. The Room was clean and quiet, which was nice. However, the air conditioning was cold and remained so even after adjusting the temperature. Perhaps due to the overall age of the facility? The power outlets were conveniently located, which was great. The bathroom was small, and the toilet could be better. Probably fine for a one-time stay...

    Even though it's a Deluxe Room,

    The view from the room was just the wall of the neighboring building, and there was nothing to see! It felt just like a Business Hotel. It seemed that many international guests were staying, so perhaps this was the only available room... I have stayed at various Hotels before, but this kind of room was a first for me and I was very surprised. Moreover, it was a Deluxe Room that I had reserved. I was very disappointed.

    No Meals Included, with restaurants available nearby or in the basement, so meals are not an issue. The room is a bit dated but clean. Many staff at the front desk are foreigners. Great value for money and frequently used. However, when I reserved a taxi at the front desk, it arrived just in time, and the driver was not informed about the destination—making the reservation pointless. Additionally, shuttle service fees varied depending on staff members, which I found to be poor service.

    Stayed for a concert...

    Stayed for a concert at Budokan. The family-type room with a bath and washing area was spacious enough for three people to relax comfortably. I have used this accommodation several times, and I am always satisfied with its convenience and the sense of security the hotel provides. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, which is delightful. There were small seasonal Kashiwa Mochi desserts that added a warm touch. Additionally, the staff greeted us warmly with "Hello," which made us feel at ease. Enjoyed the concert, relaxed at the hotel, and headed home feeling refreshed. Thank you very much!

    We stayed here when attending a concert at Tokyo Dome. I stayed with my two daughters, and since our previous stay was pleasant with spacious rooms and excellent service, we decided to stay again.     Surprisingly good

    I had known about this accommodation for a while but stayed here for the first time. At first, I thought it seemed a bit old and the location in Iidabashi didn’t stand out much, but my impression completely changed after staying here. The room in the East Wing was spacious and appeared to have been renovated, making it clean and comfortable. The cleaning was thorough, and the lighting could be adjusted to be bright enough for reading without any issues. The facilities and amenities were more than sufficient, leaving me with no inconvenience during my stay. Above all, the service provided by the front desk staff was on par with or even better than that of top-class hotels—it’s clear they put in great effort. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options that were well-stocked throughout service, which left me very satisfied. I was especially happy to find tomato juice and grated yam available as they are my favorites! However, I did wonder why raw eggs weren’t offered—perhaps it’s due to concerns about international guests mistakenly taking them? Although there were no major issues thanks to assistance from staff members, I noticed that the self-check-in/out machines responded slightly slowly. Since my expectations weren’t particularly high initially, this accommodation left an excellent impression on me overall! While Tokyo Station Hotel is also great, JR East Hotels really impressed me this time around. Even the bread I bought from their shop was delicious!

    It was excellent.

    I reserved a room with a separate toilet and bath. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. The elevator requires the room card to go up, so the security was excellent.

    Very satisfied!

    We stayed for one night with my wheelchair-bound mother. The room was spacious, and she could access the toilet and sink with her wheelchair. All the staff were kind and professional. I would love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo Dome! Thank you!

    Affordable and reliable stay at a high-end Hotel in Tokyo.

    Stayed in a twin room in the new building. The amenity pack from Sekkisei provided at the front desk was very convenient with a well-thought-out lineup (makeup remover, face wash, toner, and lotion). The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet-style and excellent. Would love to stay again!

    I stayed here to attend an event at the Budokan. The staff at check-in suggested a more suitable room for us based on our casual conversation. Both the person who helped with arranging a taxi and the staff at check-out were clear, efficient, and very pleasant. Thanks to them, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.     The bathtub in the R...

    The bathtub in the Room seemed to be clogged, as water kept rising during the shower. Additionally, I felt uncomfortable finding hair in the bathtub and it being wet right after checking in. Other than that, it was comfortable as it was close to the event venue and there was a convenience store right in front.

    The room wear is too small.

    I apologize for overlooking my own weight, but the loungewear was too small and the elastic dug into my stomach, making me feel like I was going to die. I understand if it's for children, but it seemed too small for adults. I was very curious about what kind of loungewear is provided for larger foreign guests. The Hotel was old and lacked amenities. I managed with mostly my own items, but it would have been nice if there were more amenities available. Thank you very much.

    I got tired of having the same menu for three days.

    I stayed at your Hotel because it was close to the venue for the seminar I attended. The breakfast was delicious, but since it was the same menu every day, I got creative by turning curry into curry rice or pouring it over cold udon noodles, which made for a tasty meal. However, as it was a long weekend, there were many families with children and foreign guests, so it wasn't an environment where I could relax comfortably. For two consecutive days at the buffet, there were accidents where pot lids fell and broke. Fortunately, no one seemed to be injured, but glass shards were scattered everywhere. Given the large crowd and having to open heavy lids in a confined space, it's understandable that they might be dropped. Additionally, due to the holiday period, the accommodation cost was very high. Since it's Tokyo, I resigned myself to this fact. This time I prioritized proximity to the seminar venue; however, I don't think I'll choose this option again next time. Thank you very much.

    Use for concert expeditions at the dome.

    It is close to the dome, so I can relax at the hotel until just before the performance starts. I use this place for dome concerts. The facilities are clean and the amenities are well-equipped, so there is nothing to complain about. I would like to use this place again for events at the dome.

    Cancellation Policy

    The reservation condition states that if you Cancel the Reservation within two weeks of the stay date, a 100% Cancellation Fee will apply. A two-week period is too strict a rule. I would like the Cancellation Fee to apply from two days before the stay. Actually, this time, I initially reserved a different Hotel. With my health in perfect condition and the destination ready to accept me, I reserved Edmont on February 8, just before the stay, and canceled the other Hotel. As long as the current cancellation terms continue, I have no choice but to reserve in the same manner in the future. You never know when circumstances might prevent you from traveling. Influenza is also spreading. I would like this part to be improved. Other than that, I have no complaints. I was glad to stay.

    I made a reservation with breakfast and dinner included. Both were at a restaurant called Beltempo within the hotel. I considered eating outside, but it was nice to enjoy the hotel's delicious meals while relaxing inside the hotel. I thought I might fall asleep after breakfast and dinner, but the dinner had a more evening-like menu, and the breakfast was lighter, allowing me to enjoy each. Dinner: Ramen, spicy special curry, sushi, roast beef, special crème brûlée, champagne included, drink bar service brings drinks to your table, and various other options.     I used it for a business trip. The service was excellent, and the Room was clean. Since my stay was short, I felt it was a Hotel too good just for sleeping. The amenities I received at check-in were from Sekkisei, and they were very nice.

    A calm Hotel

    We stayed in a family Room for the Tokyo Dome concert. Check-in was very crowded, so we had tea in the lounge during the wait. We waited for about an hour, but the cake was delicious, and we were not dissatisfied. The smartphone service allowed us to know our check-in order, making it smooth. The Room was better than expected. Two beds and two extra beds were well arranged, making the Room feel very spacious, and it was convenient to use the table normally. I was disappointed to realize after bathing that the bath was a jet bath, but I will use it next time! It was great to be able to watch subscription channels on the Room's TV. Despite being a long-established Hotel, it was up-to-date and satisfying. The staff were very polite, and when we wandered a bit in the lobby, they immediately approached us, leaving a very polite impression. You can walk to the Dome, and access to JR and the subway is good, so I would like to stay here again when visiting Tokyo!

    Overall, a satisfactory Hotel

    I have used it several times for meetings, but this is my first stay. Multiple Night Stay for 2 nights. I decided to stay because a coupon was issued and it was inexpensive. The property seems to have been renovated in recent years, and the room was very functional and almost perfectly clean. I was concerned that the room was very dry, possibly because the cleaning lamp was on the air purifier, but overall it was a good stay. Personally, the location is not very convenient, but I felt that transferring from the Tozai Line was not bad. I would like to stay again when there is a cheaper plan available.

    I stayed for the New Year's live at Nippon Budokan. I had a total of a 3-night stay, including a previous night booked through another reservation site, and I was able to use the same room, which was comfortable. Thank you very much. The station is nearby, and there is a convenience store right in front, and both Budokan and Tokyo Dome are within walking distance, so I will definitely use it again. The renovated Edmont Superior Twin was very convenient.
