Not only is the location convenient and close to the station, but your staff’s excellent service made it an easy choice to stay at your Hotel again this year.     We had a comfortable stay—thank you. Just two points: At the breakfast buffet, we had to wait to get in, and even after entering it felt very crowded. Some large serving platters were left empty, which made it hard to relax. We would appreciate your improvement. Some bathroom amenities were not replenished on the second day. Thank you in advance.

    It was a nice Hotel.

    It was my first time in Fukuoka, and the Hotel was close to Hakata Station, so I arrived without getting lost. There were also a bus stop, the station, and a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly, and the room was clean. The detox water available at the front desk was especially nice—I enjoyed it every time I went out and came back. Breakfast didn’t have a huge variety, but there were plenty of Fukuoka specialties and everything was delicious. I especially liked the freshly made onigiri and the omelet where you can choose your fillings. I had a Multiple Night Stay, and it was fun to see changes like different vegetables on day one and day two. If I have another chance to visit Fukuoka, I’d love to stay here again.

    As expected of a long-established Hotel.

    It has been 45 years since I first stayed at this Hotel, and it has always been a comfortable place to stay! Newly built Hotels are, of course, modern and clean with sleek Rooms and exteriors, but the ANA Hotel has a long history of operation. It’s a calm Hotel without any unnecessary noise. I hope to continue staying here just as I always have.

    Sisters’ Trip

    A Hotel conveniently located near the station, making it ideal for sightseeing. After sightseeing, we enjoyed a wide variety of tea, cakes, and more in the club lounge. Breakfast in the club lounge had a smaller selection, but it was quiet and relaxing. The staff’s smiles were wonderful.

    The Plan with lounge access is a great value.

    As an IHG member, I chose this Plan because it was a great deal on a floor with lounge access. My arrival coincided with the check-out time, so it took a little while at the front desk, but I really appreciated that my Room was already prepared. The Room is not new, but it was compact and very functional. Thanks to the warm hospitality of the staff, I fully enjoyed the lounge. Breakfast was also served in the lounge and offered both quality and variety, and above all, it was wonderful to be able to dine in a calm setting. Most guests were international travelers, but the atmosphere was pleasant and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If a Plan like this is available again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    It was comfortable again this time.

    It had been a while since I last visited Fukuoka, but once again I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I visit every time for concerts, and if there is one in Fukuoka next year as well, I would definitely like to stay with you again. One thing only: I was concerned that the toilet did not flush properly. After flushing once, the tank took quite a long time to refill, which was a bit inconvenient when needing to use it again soon after. Other than that, the Room was thoroughly cleaned, and the meals were very delicious. I also enjoyed that the hot pot dish at the breakfast buffet changed daily. I look forward to staying with you again next time. Thank you very much.

    I have used IKYU hundreds of times, but this is my first post. When I arrived early, I was told check-in was at 3:00 p.m. and to kill time. When I came back at 3:00 p.m., I was then told I still couldn’t enter the Room until 4:00 p.m. and to kill time again. When I said I had already been doing that, they reluctantly escorted me to the club lounge. When I entered the suite Room reserved for 4:00 p.m., there was only one bath towel per person, yet three bath mats. This clearly shows whether this Hotel prioritizes guests or cleaning. The Room also had a combined shower and bathtub, and even the soap dish tray was tilted. This is the first time I’ve seen a “suite” like this—this kind of Room should not be called a suite at all. At checkout, there was no apology whatsoever. As an IHG member who has stayed at InterContinental many times, this place is not worthy of using the IHG name in any way. The only saving grace was that the Chinese food was good. Also, the female staff member in the club lounge at breakfast handled guests well in the morning. However, the front desk service was far too poor—they should start over from the basics.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I stayed in the club lounge because I wanted to spend time there. I arrived early, but they kindly let me wait in the lounge. When I checked in and headed to my Room, my key card didn’t work in the elevator and I was worried, but they handled it right away. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this was the first time a key card didn’t work. The Room I was first shown was next to the staff elevator, and the footsteps from the Room above were also loud. When I told the front desk, they changed my Room to one on the top floor. If they hadn’t done that, I don’t think I would have been able to sleep. At the lounge, I fully enjoyed breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time for three days. It was a wonderful experience. It was also great that it’s close to Hakata Station. Many of the staff at the entrance and near the elevators were very attentive, and their heartfelt service made me want to come back again. The housekeeping staff were also pleasant. Thank you very much.

    A calm and relaxing atmosphere

    The Club Lounge was nearly full, yet the small team handled everything calmly and attentively, never appearing rushed and maintaining a warm, composed demeanor throughout. The Club Floor room was more than satisfactory in both size and interior design.

    This is a clean Hotel.

    The building may be old, but the Room had been renovated and was very clean. In particular, the bath and toilet were separate, so the bath was very relaxing. The lounge staff were efficient and attentive, which made for a comfortable stay. To celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary, we were also given baked sweets and a commemorative dessert plate, which truly touched us. Our whole family had a wonderful time. We would definitely like to stay again when we visit Fukuoka.

    I will stay again.

    I have stayed at this accommodation several times this year, and the hotel staff always provide exceptionally pleasant service. The building itself is not new, but it is clean and comfortable with no inconveniences. (The lobby always has a wonderful fragrance.) On the day of my stay, a sports team was also staying at the hotel, and although their return coincided with my check-in, everything was handled smoothly without any confusion—truly excellent service. For breakfast, I had some extra time in the morning and decided to try it for the first time—it was absolutely delicious! The freshly prepared omelet made right in front of me was outstanding. Having demi-glace sauce as an option for breakfast buffet is quite rare but incredibly tasty. I have plans to visit Fukuoka a few more times this year and will definitely stay here again.

    Comfortable as always.

    Check-in was handled by the friendly and refreshing reception staff again. The young staff at the entrance were very helpful in responding to sudden rain, which was much appreciated. While the room does show some signs of age, it is well-maintained and clean. Both the location and the building remain excellent as always.

    This was my first time staying here. While some parts of the facility felt a bit dated, the staff's courteous service left a positive impression. I would consider staying here again when visiting Fukuoka.

    We visited Fukuoka for the first time in a while as a couple. Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed using the lounge, where the staff were friendly and made us feel very relaxed. The breakfast every morning was also delicious. The location was convenient for sightseeing trips to Itoshima, Munakata, and Dazaifu by rental car. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much!

    Is the room cleaned ...

    Is the room cleaned properly? The bed was covered in dust. There were stains from coffee and other items left by the previous guest on the desk. When I wiped it with a damp towel, it turned completely black with dirt. Not only is the facility old, but there is also no sense of cleanliness, which was disappointing. The breakfast was quite ordinary as well.

    The EV charger has been removed, causing inconvenience.

    This is my fifth time coming to ANA Crowne Fukuoka from Kansai with an electric vehicle. However, after visiting for the first time in a year, I found that both chargers had been removed as of December 2024. From now on, I will choose accommodations with charging stations. Disappointing.

    Proposal: Allocation of accommodation floors considering nationality

    It is probably the same at any Hotel, but this time I was placed on the same floor as a group of Chinese tourists, and I was woken up several times by their conversations in the hallway at night. It was quite exhausting, especially with work scheduled for the next day. Regarding room assignments and seating arrangements in the restaurant, it would be appreciated if there could be some consideration to separate individuals from groups so that guests can enjoy a more relaxing stay and meals. Although I always use this Hotel, this stay ended up being mentally exhausting for me.

    The à la carte dishe...

    The à la carte dishes and sweets at the club lounge were delicious, and it was nice that drinks could be ordered. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, but the bathroom was very small with no space to place items, which was disappointing. I slept by the window, but the whistling sound throughout the night kept me awake. I had been looking forward to using a pool, but it was no longer available, which was also disappointing.

    It seems perfect for a relaxing stay!

    The front desk staff had a lovely smile and kindly stored our luggage before check-in. It made me wish I had spent more time relaxing at the Hotel! Although I could use the lounge, I only managed to go for breakfast... so sad. The breakfast was delicious and very satisfying! I used the parking lot for Shuttle Service, and the 2-hour free parking was much appreciated! I was surprised when water overflowed from the toilet side while draining the bathtub, but overall it was a comfortable stay! I would love to visit again.

    Provided shampoo, etc.

    The provided shampoo, body soap, and conditioner were not satisfactory. Having worked in cosmetics development for many years, I found the formulation hard to believe in this day and age. The products were composed of ingredients aimed at cost reduction and were quite harsh. It was disappointing because all other services were perfect.

    Birthday present

    All four family members were born in January, on the 3rd, 6th, 8th, and 15th, so we celebrated at ANA. Our busy eldest son was working in the lounge, but he was very satisfied, saying it was very comfortable. We were able to relax with the family while enjoying delicious food, and we would love to stay again.

    It was good.

    It was very convenient as it was close to Hakata Station. Even after check-in, I was able to explore the area around Hakata Station. There was a Christmas tree decorated in the lobby, and it was very beautiful. The breakfast venue was also decorated for Christmas, and the breakfast buffet included local Fukuoka ingredients such as mentaiko and ramen, which were delicious.
