  It was good.

  It was very convenient as it was close to Hakata Station. Even after check-in, I was able to explore the area around Hakata Station. There was a Christmas tree decorated in the lobby, and it was very beautiful. The breakfast venue was also decorated for Christmas, and the breakfast buffet included local Fukuoka ingredients such as mentaiko and ramen, which were delicious.

  A week before the date of use, I received a request to release the 6 reserved rooms, and although I was worried because I naturally refused, I found a letter of apology and sweets from the manager in my room, which put me at ease. When I went to Chikushino, which I had reserved, they even prepared my top recommendation, Tanaka Rokuju, and our employees were very pleased, making it a very good dinner meeting. I thought the apology message card was wonderful and handed it to our sales executive to learn from! I will stay again on my next business trip!

  Two disappointing things are

  I always like it and when I go to Fukuoka, I choose the Crowne Plaza Hotel without hesitation. This time, there were two disappointing things. The first was that the toilet water outlet was so yellowed that I was startled when I opened the toilet seat lid. The second was that dust had accumulated in the bathroom vent. At first, I thought it was deterioration of the plastic part, but when I reached out, my fingers were covered with dust. Since other parts are so wonderful, it was disappointing that these two points, which can be easily resolved with regular cleaning, were not addressed. I would like to have a pleasant stay next time as well, so please take care of it.
