    I was satisfied.

    It was as expected. Next time, I would like to have a Multiple Night Stay. If I may say, the basic cosmetics provided are the same as those offered at various Business Hotels, so I was disappointed to find the same ones here.

    Great for business stays.

    The room is small, but it was a very good hotel for business stays. Its proximity to the station and convenience are top-notch. The buffet had a wide variety of dishes, and I ended up choosing many. In terms of hygiene, it was my first time experiencing an automatic rice dispenser.

    This city Hotel directly connected to JR Hiroshima Station offered outstanding convenience and an excellent lounge. The location is directly connected to Hiroshima Station, and since I was on a business trip using the Shinkansen, it was extremely convenient. I stayed in a Superior Double Room; the Room and bathroom were a bit small, but they were clean and nice. However, there were times when the Wi‑Fi stopped working for unknown reasons, which was a problem for work. Also, although I hadn’t specifically requested it, my stay included access to the club lounge. I tried it out and found it to be a wonderful, high-quality space. In a calm and relaxing atmosphere with sophisticated interiors and superb views, premium light snacks and drinks were served. On top of that, the staff’s polite and friendly service helped ease my business-trip fatigue. I think this Accommodation’s top recommendation is the Granvia Lounge.

    Direct access to the station is convenient.

    I stayed for one night after the New Year for an event. The location was extremely convenient as I could enter the Hotel immediately after getting off the Shinkansen at Hiroshima Station. It was really convenient to go out to buy souvenirs in the morning, return to pack my luggage, and then check out. The Facility felt a bit old, but I think it was well-maintained. The size of the Room was adequate for a single. However, what bothered me was the dust on the curtains. It was really accumulated. Since I have a house dust allergy, it was concerning, and the walls were very thin... I could hear the voice from next door at night and the sound of something being dropped, which kept me from sleeping. The staff at the front desk were pleasant, and there were no issues with the service, but the dust and thin walls were very disappointing. The direct connection to the station is convenient, but I don't think there will be a second time.

    It was very good.

    Directly connected to the station, making it easy to access, and the reception was smooth and courteous. The guest room was also clean, and thanks to the staff's courteous service during breakfast on the 21st floor, we had a very pleasant stay. When staying near Hiroshima Station again, I would like to use this property. Thank you very much.

    The complimentary appetizer service was excellent.

    I have stayed here many times, but this is my first time staying alone. I discovered for the first time that by simply showing the room card key, you can enjoy complimentary pre-dinner wine, highballs, whiskey, and luxurious snacks on the top floor until 7:30 PM. I wonder if this service has been available before. I enjoyed it. I would like to stay at Granvia again next month.

    I would love to stay here again.

    Located in a fantastic location, just turn left from the Hiroshima Station Shinkansen Exit to find the entrance. The rooms are well-cleaned, and the bathtub is easy to use, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, during check-in at the front desk, there was no explanation about amenities. I had to go down to the front desk before bathing at night and search for them. It turned out they were located near the front desk, but the Amenity Box was disorganized with mismatched labels and contents, making it difficult to find items. The next day, my companion staying in another room also mentioned that "this hotel doesn't seem to have amenities," so we went together to get them. Additionally, I noticed an unpleasant smell in my room possibly due to windows that couldn't be opened at all. Running an air purifier continuously improved it by the second day. My companion's room did not have this issue—perhaps I was just unlucky. Despite these points of concern, I found the staff very kind and enjoyed my stay overall. Now that I'm familiar with how things work here, I would love to stay again when visiting Hiroshima!

    A convenient Hotel directly connected to Hiroshima Station

    This time, I visited Hiroshima for work and stayed for two nights. It is directly connected to the concourse of Hiroshima Station and is also close to the bus stop for the airport, making it very convenient. The Room was neat and comfortable, and instead of a shower curtain, there was a glass wall like a shower booth, so there was no musty smell typical of shower curtains, making it very comfortable. Additionally, the Room originally had cleaned slippers, but when I requested disposable slippers, they brought them to the Room, and after cleaning the Room the next day, they prepared new slippers, which was very much appreciated. I will use it again when I visit Hiroshima. Thank you very much.

    Enjoy a Solo Trip

    My first solo trip. The destination was Miyajima. After arriving at Hiroshima Station, I left my luggage and fully enjoyed Miyajima. Returning to the Hotel was very easy as it is directly connected to the station. I relaxed and took it easy at the Hotel using the lounge. The lounge had a great view, and I enjoyed Miyajima beer while watching the city nightscape. The lounge also offered a wide variety of delicious snacks, which was satisfying. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly. The breakfast the next morning was also leisurely in the lounge... I would like to use it again when I come to Hiroshima. Thank you very much.

    The cleaning was inadequate.

    There were black spots on the mattress of the bed, and a few strands of hair from the previous guest were left behind. Additionally, the bathtub was wet (even before use), and there was dust left on the shelves, giving the impression that the overall cleaning of the room was not thorough.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    The room was spacious and the facilities were clean, allowing us to use them comfortably. What was disappointing was that despite having made a reservation for a twin room, we were initially guided to a double room. At the breakfast buffet, even though we were still using the table, when we returned, it had been cleared, and the next guests had already been seated. At the breakfast buffet, the sign for the order menu stated, "Please turn this sign over when you have finished your meal," so we deliberately did not turn it over. We also left a napkin on the chair as a sign that we would return, and a handkerchief on the table. Despite this, it was considered finished and cleared away, which was a bit hard to understand. We ask for employee training once again regarding the lack of confirmation on several points. If such things continue to happen, the method of "turning over the sign" may not be appropriate, and a review might be necessary. It is unfortunate because everything else was pleasant. When I visit Hiroshima again, I would definitely like to use your services, and I hope these issues will be improved by then.

    I used it to watch a live performance in Hiroshima. Since it was a stay plan that allowed access to the club lounge, I took a break during tea time and enjoyed drinks and light snacks. The hotel staff were also kind, and I was able to relax after boarding the Shinkansen. Located on the north side of the station, it offers a view of the mountain area, and the scenery itself is nice. It seems that a hotel building will soon be completed at the South Gate, probably with a view of the sea. The calm interior was also good, and I think I was able to get a good night's sleep. I also used the club lounge for breakfast, which is basically Western-style, but you can also order ochazuke. It was a nice breakfast while enjoying the view from the high floors in the morning. Thanks to the staff's "hospitality," I was able to spend a good time in my hometown, which I had been away from for decades.

    Great value for money.

    With the recent rise in accommodation costs, it was truly a cost-effective stay. However, if I were to distinguish by stars, the Room and amenities are 4 stars because I wanted power outlets on both sides of the bed. The Onsen and bath are 4 stars because, although the glass partition instead of a shower curtain in the unit bath gives a luxurious feel and a good impression, it was difficult to reach items placed on the sink. Other than that, everything was truly impeccable, and the location, service, and lounge offer more value than the price. Especially the breakfast in the lounge is of such quality that it's understandable why some people book rooms that allow lounge access just for this. The staff informed us, and we were excited to see the Hello Kitty Shinkansen from above. The regular breakfast venue probably has more variety, but if you want a relaxed and good service, the lounge is recommended. Also, when we went to the lobby floor to check out, it was nice that the cloakroom staff recommended leaving our luggage. My stay in Hiroshima after more than 10 years became a pleasant memory.

    Thin walls

    The music from the next Room was noisy, and I told the front desk around 1:00, but it didn't stop until 3:30. When I thought it had stopped, it was Room 1931, the second Room from the elevator hall, and I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the elevator, which was a miserable experience. I understand it's expensive because it's a three-day weekend and high season, but the walls are thin, and the noise from the neighboring Room leaks in a Hotel for 56,620 yen. It's ridiculous.

    What caught my atten...

    What caught my attention was that when I watched BS1, a notice about the reception fee was displayed across the entire screen. I think it might be a setting error, but since I have never had this experience at hotels listed on Ikkyu, I think it would be good to review it once.
