    It was very good.

    We used the club lounge, and it was excellent—the space was spacious, the staff were wonderful, and the food was delicious. We would definitely like to use it again.

    This was my first stay at an Accommodation directly connected to Hiroshima Station, and it was very convenient. The Room was easy to use, clean, and well maintained, which made it very comfortable. I would like to stay again.

    Convenient Hotel near the station

    Breakfast was served on the club floor and was excellent. The Room is smaller compared with other hotels in the same group in Kyoto. Cleaning seemed to be done only in visible areas, and there was a lot of dust in places that were hard to see due to dim lighting. As I have a dust allergy, I would like more thorough cleaning.

    The club lounge is excellent.

    I thought it would just be a convenient Hotel near the station, but it far exceeded my expectations. You can check in and check out at the club lounge—and the lounge wasn’t crowded. There was an amazing variety of soft drinks, and a staff member wearing a sommelier badge stylishly prepared an iced chai right in front of me like a cocktail. The other staff were also wonderful, and the hospitality was outstanding. It was so comfortable that I canceled my plans and switched to a staycation. Staying in this suite with club lounge access felt like a hidden gem. The Room amenities were also from B.A, which really made me happy. Breakfast was great too: the made-to-order menu let you choose as many items as you like, including rice porridge and steak, and the buffet even had comb honey.

    During my business trip, I stayed here together with the neighboring South property. All of the staff were very kind. I would like to stay here again in the future.

    Unfortunately.

    Thank you for accommodating our request for a Room with a great view. The lounge also had a wonderful view, and everything—food and drinks included—was very comfortable. We would definitely like to stay again next time. The only disappointment was that my card payment could not be processed at checkout, although it worked with another card. Later, I found out it was an online system issue. The front desk staff suggested I might have exceeded my credit limit and said the machine is accurate. Being doubted made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed.

    The breakfast buffet...

    The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was very delicious. I didn’t have enough time to enjoy it at a relaxed pace, but I’d love to take my time and savor it on my next visit if I have the chance.

    Enjoy the Executive Lounge

    We stayed on the Monitor Plan. We enjoyed everything from afternoon tea starting at 3:00 PM through the next day’s tea time starting at 10:00 AM. We had a wonderful time with the wide selection of drinks and snacks during cocktail time. At breakfast, there were so many choices that we overindulged—steak, an omelet, Chinese rice porridge, salad, and even sweets. Since we had to travel to Osaka afterward, it was a shame I had to pass on the morning sparkling wine. We would definitely like to stay again for a Multiple Night Stay.

    Hiroshima Sightseeing

    I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with the Granvia Lounge access Plan. For sightseeing, it was very convenient and great since the hotel is directly connected to the station. The Granvia Lounge also offered different events at various times, which I really enjoyed. All staff were kind and courteous, making my stay very pleasant and comfortable. The Room was clean overall and a good size, but there was nothing in particular—either positive or negative—that stood out. If I have a chance to visit Hiroshima again, I would like to stay here again.

    The lounge is wonderful!

    It was a wonderful stay. We chose the lounge Plan, and I was impressed by how substantial the hot meals were during cocktail time. Every item on the breakfast à la carte menu was excellent, and I was surprised to learn there were five choices—and that you could order all of them if you wanted. The breakfast beef steak was so tender it truly moved me. The rice porridge was also delicious. There were plenty of Hiroshima local specialties as well, making it a delight to look at, and I was amazed at how promptly everything was replenished. The staff were attentive and created such a wonderful atmosphere. The lounge is spacious with a great view, so we ended up staying for quite a while. Being able to enjoy sparkling wine from the morning made for a blissful time. It seems sparkling wine is available even after cocktail time ends—surely a dream for anyone who loves drinks. The convenience of being directly connected to the station is truly invaluable. The Room had everything we needed without excess, and the bed was very comfortable—making it easy to relax no matter the purpose of your trip. On my previous visit to Hiroshima I stayed at another Hotel, but from now on in Hiroshima, Granvia will be my only choice. I’m grateful to all the Hotel staff for giving us such an amazing time. When your impression of a Hotel is this good, your impression of the city becomes better too. Thank you very much indeed.

    It was just okay. It was helpful that they stored our luggage before and after check-in. The Hotel staff were polite.

    Dissatisfied

    On a business trip to Hiroshima, I stayed here again after using it last month. The Room key packaging had changed from a folded paper holder to a simple paper pouch, which made me wonder if it was cost-cutting. In the Room there was one small carton of water; last month there were two, so that also felt like cost-cutting. Meals used to be included until my stay before last, but for older guests like me, rather than eating at a buffet I would prefer an omelet, bacon, toast, and coffee—and it feels pointless to go to the buffet just for those items. A robot was collecting used plates, but many guests seemed unfamiliar with it and I found it awkward. This time I looked in through the glass to check how crowded it was; previously I could barely secure a seat, but this time there were noticeably empty seats. Tourists aside, I didn’t see any business travelers. After 8:00, there are plenty of dining options inside the station anyway. The Accommodation rate varies by season as well, but compared with last month it was more than double and didn’t leave much of a positive impression overall, so I was disappointed. At checkout I only had to operate a machine; when leaving there was no staff around either, so I left with a rather dry feeling—no “Please come again,” or anything like that. Is this what modern Hotels are like? That’s all.

    Club Lounge

    I live in Hiroshima, but I stayed here for a change of pace. The lounge was spacious, relaxing, and quiet, which was great. Many of the lounge dishes featured Hiroshima-inspired items, and everything was delicious. I only wish the room lighting had been a bit brighter. Since I had to go to the bathroom sink to do my makeup, it would have been even better if there were a dressing table. I was very satisfied to be able to use the club lounge at a great value with the monitor rate.

    It was refined yet delivered an outstanding performance.

    The bathroom and water-area design was sophisticated and very user-friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. If I may add one thing, I would have appreciated being told which direction the elevator was at check-in—I ended up walking around twice. It would help if staff could gesture clearly during the explanation. For first-time guests, finding the elevator can be tricky, since in many Hotels it isn’t centrally located and is often in a slightly hard-to-see area. From the Hotel’s perspective, it probably seems obvious.

    Club Lounge

    I loved the club lounge during my last stay, so I returned again soon after. This time, I enjoyed items I didn’t get to try before—Miyajima beer, okonomiyaki, and steak at breakfast—all of which were delicious. On my previous visit, I enjoyed the sandwiches and sake.

    I stayed here for a live concert. Although I initially booked an Economy Twin since it was just for sleeping, I was upgraded to a Standard Twin—thank you so much! The separate pajamas and curling dryer I requested in advance were clean and made my stay very comfortable. I would love to stay here again when attending another live concert in Hiroshima.

    The Club Floor is exceptional.

    I had high expectations after reading reviews and watching videos before my stay. However, the club floor exceeded my expectations. Especially the breakfast steak and ochazuke were just as delicious as mentioned in the reviews. I was delighted to see Hiroshima specialties like lemon pudding and chirimen-jako salad included.

    If you're looking for a Hotel with a lounge in Hiroshima,

    This is the perfect choice. The lounge's interior, ambiance, spaciousness, view, the variety of drinks, snacks, and dishes, and the excellent breakfast menu... Simply amazing! Moreover, being directly connected to the station, it offers top-notch value for money considering the Accommodation Fee. I will definitely visit again.

    Directly connected to the station for convenience

    The primary reason to choose this hotel is its direct connection to the station, making it extremely convenient. Additionally, the Granvia Lounge (Club Floor Lounge) is a great feature. At one point, check-out was at 10:00 AM, so I hadn't considered staying for a while. However, with check-in at 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM now available, along with an expanded lounge and the option to handle both check-in and check-out in the lounge itself—plus sparkling wine served from morning—the service has significantly improved. I requested separate pajamas listed as complimentary on their website. While they were made of synthetic material, I combined them with the standard one-piece nightwear provided in-room by wearing pants underneath and using the pajama top as a gown. I stayed in an 18 sqm Room (25 sqm for the first two nights). Thanks to large windows, it didn’t feel too cramped. However, the shower room (including bathtub, toilet, and sink) was quite small; there wasn’t much space for changing clothes or placing makeup items. A small laundry basket would have been helpful. Breakfast could be enjoyed either in the lounge or on the second-floor restaurant. Wanting a relaxed atmosphere both days of my stay, I opted for breakfast in the lounge where you can order up to seven dishes without getting bored of options. Personally, I loved their salmon and ume chazuke dishes. Tea time treats during cocktail hours and breakfast buffet offerings remained consistent over two days without variation. While there were minor inconveniences—such as waiting about ten minutes during my second day’s check-in despite no other guests being present or handling issues when elevators stopped due to an earthquake—I still found their overall service excellent enough that I'd love to stay again someday! Thank you very much!

    Simply outstanding!

    I stayed here for my first trip to Hiroshima and Itsukushima Shrine. While I felt nervous visiting places like the Atomic Bomb Dome and Peace Memorial Museum, which evoke deep emotions, stepping into the Hotel immediately brought a sense of comfort. The front desk staff's attentive and friendly service, the kindness of the cloakroom staff, and even the polite greetings from housekeeping staff who paused their work were truly heartwarming. The Room was impeccably clean, with even the window frames carefully wiped down despite condensation—this gave me peace of mind. Beyond its convenient location, this is genuinely an excellent Hotel. I would love to stay here again in the future!

    It was my first time using it.

    The service at Hotel Granvia Kyoto was excellent, but this experience was a bit disappointing. The walls seemed thin, and I could hear quite a lot of noise from the neighboring and upper rooms. While it is close to the station, getting to the front desk felt somewhat inconvenient. Excessive service isn't necessary, but I think some attention or assistance for guests with physical disabilities would be helpful. Would I stay here again? Perhaps I'll look into other hotels in the area first before deciding. The convenience of not being affected by weather conditions was very good.

    I stayed here for a live event and found the Hotel directly connected to the station very convenient. Check-in was very smooth. I stayed in a compact Room, which was cozy, quiet, and comfortable. Having a restaurant inside the Hotel was also helpful as I didn’t have to worry about finding a place to eat. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

    Club Lounge Renovated!

    I use this Hotel 1-2 times a year and am always satisfied. This visit was my first in about a year, and the Club Lounge has been renovated! Check-in and check-out can now be done at the Club Lounge, and you can go directly to or from the 21st floor from the station or parking lot (2nd floor), making it more convenient without unnecessary steps (the front desk is on the 1st floor). The Club Lounge space has expanded. The variety of items during cocktail time and breakfast has increased compared to before, enhancing satisfaction. While the Facility shows some age, including less-than-ideal water facilities, it is kept clean. With its excellent location and attentive staff, this is highly recommended among Hotels with Club Lounges in Hiroshima City.

    The lounge was excellent.

    The Plan included lounge access as a monitor. The Room was on a high floor, which was very open and spacious, contrary to my expectation of being on a lower floor! I had a comfortable stay. Although the Room wasn't very large, it was more than enough for one person. The pajamas in the Room were one-piece style, but I appreciated being able to borrow separate ones. The lounge I had been looking forward to was always quiet and relaxing no matter when I visited. There were plenty of drinks available, and the food featured local specialties, which made me very satisfied. Having sweets available at all times was personally delightful for me. Above all, the Hotel has excellent access, but I'd love to stay again just for the lounge experience!
