Check-in was late, s...

Check-in was late, so dinner was set for 7:00 PM at the reception. While that was fine, we were informed that additional orders for food ended at 7:00 PM, and we couldn't order a meal for our child. Since it wasn't possible to book "no bedding, with meals" during the reservation process, we had planned to order during dinner but were disappointed (though white rice was kindly provided). The dinner itself was delicious. However, we hoped the breakfast buffet could have been improved a bit more. The onsen was great. Thank you very much!

We regret that we could only provide plain rice, failing to meet your expectations. Regardless of the reservation details or arrival time, we will review our operations and staff communication to ensure clearer guidance and more flexible responses both in advance and on the day of arrival. Despite this, we are grateful for your kind words regarding the taste of dinner and our onsen facilities.
