    A Relaxing Hotel

    I used to stay at the Palace Hotel often. Luxury hotels have become too expensive, so I was looking for a quiet and relaxing hotel, and that's how I found this place. I like it here.

    Disappointed with the low level of hospitality.

    As the fiscal year ends in late March, I decided to reward myself for enduring a busy year by choosing and reserving a quiet Hotel with excellent hospitality, not far from my workplace. I noticed that the wooden shoehorn in the Room was damaged only after using it, which caused some pain. I contacted the staff at night and had it replaced. While I appreciated receiving a message early in the morning checking on my condition, during checkout, the trainee woman assisting me did not mention anything specific about it. When I expressed my disappointment regarding the shoehorn issue, she simply explained that "this matter has been shared internally." It seemed like preventing recurrence was prioritized over considering customer feelings, which left me very disappointed. Having used Hotels from Mitsui Group multiple times with great impressions before, perhaps my expectations for Celestine were too high. What was supposed to be a special one-night reward turned into an unfortunate experience. It made me think about how hospitality might be changing over time.

    Always relaxing, no matter how many times you visit.

    I occasionally stay here to relax. The atmosphere is wonderful. You can stay with minimal preparation. Diamond members can check out by 1:00 PM, allowing for a leisurely experience. However, the bath drainage is always poor, which is disappointing.

    It was comfortable.

    The room was very spacious, allowing me to relax comfortably. Especially, the shower being located next to the bathtub made it feel just like home, as I could fill the tub with water and use it before and after showering. It was very comfortable, and the location is convenient, so I would love to stay here again.

    I stayed here for my child's exam. Although there was a bit of a wait at check-in due to some crowding, the staff's excellent service made the process pleasant. One of the ceiling lights in the Room seemed to be out, but it didn't cause any inconvenience. The cleaning was thorough, and I appreciated having free access to the lounge, making my stay very comfortable. I would love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

    A Hotel Where You Can Spend Relaxing Time

    Stayed for two nights. The location was convenient, and I had a relaxing time. While it's difficult to compare hotels, considering the age of the building, the Facility was well-maintained and pleasant. The lounge, though not very spacious, provided a comfortable atmosphere. I had breakfast once during my stay; it offered a wide variety of dishes with thoughtful diversity and was delicious. On the downside, I felt disappointed with the staff's overall service. While it's understandable that fewer staff are present during less busy hours at the front desk, there were no efforts to guide waiting guests to sit on nearby chairs or provide any communication while they stood waiting. In the lounge during busy times when seats were unavailable, some guests appeared confused while staff members sat idly at concierge desks (what are they there for?). At breakfast venues, staff replenishing food showed no smiles or gestures toward standing guests who were waiting patiently without any acknowledgment or words from them either. It felt like everyone was just "there," which left me feeling let down. The quality of beds and taste of food seemed comparable to other hotels in this class. What leaves a lasting impression that makes one want to return is ultimately human interaction and service quality in my opinion. I look forward to an even more satisfying experience next time!

    Would love to stay again.

    This was my first time using this accommodation, and the service was excellent. I also used the lounge, and perhaps because it was off-season, it was quiet and relaxing. However, the door of the furniture housing the room's refrigerator wouldn't close properly, which was inconvenient. Additionally, if the bathroom and water facilities were renovated, this hotel could become even better. I am satisfied with my stay at this price point and plan to stay again.

    A comfort that feels like a grandchild's touch

    I felt that the Hotel was very attentive to details, such as having a phone charger in the Room and being able to make a caramel macchiato with caramel cream in the lounge. It's less than 5 minutes to Shiba Park and Zojoji Temple, making a morning walk pleasant. The location of the bath salts is a bit hard to find (easy to notice after each bath), so it would be nice if some improvements could be made.

    Following last year'...

    Following last year's New Year's Day stay, we used the service again this New Year's Day. This year, sake was served in the lobby, creating a festive New Year's atmosphere. On the 14th-floor patio, alcohol, snacks, and amazake were offered for free, and we enjoyed them very much. We were also grateful for the numerous benefits provided to IKYU Diamond members. We were able to enjoy a pleasant walk to watch the Hakone Ekiden along the roadside and visit Zojoji Temple for the first shrine visit of the year. The furnishings and layout of the Room, the springiness of the bed, and the feel of the pajamas were all comfortable. We would like to use it again.

    Cozy hotel

    I had a comfortable stay. The lounge is open 24 hours, so I use it to refresh myself when I have free time. The only thing that bothered me was the mold growing on the bathroom vent, which might have been due to the extreme heat. It's usually very clean.
