    Avoid tourist destinations during the summer holidays.

    On Mountain Day, the office district was quiet, and I was able to relax at the Hotel. Before arriving at the Hotel, I was tired from lunch in crowded places, so I enjoyed reading quietly in the lounge. I thought it was a great service that I could use it even without an executive room. It would have been even better if the evening pastries could also be available with afternoon tea at check-in. There is a favorite restaurant nearby, so we enjoyed dinner there and stayed overnight instead of taking the train home. The next day, we headed to the theater at a relaxed pace—this Plan allowed me to unwind with my husband and we really liked it. I often stay at various luxury Hotels for work, but recently I’ve felt that staff quality has declined. However, everyone here provided truly first-class service and made our stay so comfortable that I forgot how reasonably priced it was. Thank you very much. I would definitely like to stay again when I have business in central Tokyo.

    From check-in, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and I knew it would be a wonderful stay. The Room was cozy and more than comfortable for a solo trip. The amenities were well stocked—even including toner and bath salts. The bathrobe was also very helpful. In the lounge, I could enjoy complimentary wine and even canned beer, which made it easy to relax. Breakfast was delicious as well. Choosing the breakfast-included plan was definitely the right decision. As an IKYU Diamond member, I was thrilled with the late check-out, complimentary minibar drinks, and a mini L’OCCITANE hand cream. With all of these perks included at such great value, it truly made for an amazing Hotel stay. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything this time.

    We were satisfied with the breakfast buffet.

    I stayed here for one night because it is located on the former site of the Satsuma Domain’s upper residence. This time, I was especially looking forward to the breakfast buffet, as I heard it offers dishes from Kagoshima Prefecture. I love chicken rice (Keihan), so I was very happy to be able to enjoy it in the morning, and it was delicious. I wanted to try everything, but that wasn’t possible, so I’ll save it for my next visit. Thank you very much for a truly meaningful stay.

    Diamond Member Benefits

    This was my first time staying with Diamond member benefits. Access to the exclusive lounge and complimentary drinks in the in-room refrigerator were wonderful perks. The Hotel had a calm, classic atmosphere unlike many newer properties, and I’m glad I chose it for a Multiple Night Stay. The Room slippers were especially fluffy and amazing! Housekeeping kindly told me I could take them home, so I did. The bathroom was a bit compact, but the bath salts were very relaxing. I wish the Reservation site mentioned that some Rooms have a view of Tokyo Tower. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    Everything was comfortable. The Room size was more than sufficient, even in the smallest option available. The slippers were thick and sturdy, not flimsy, and the amenities were well stocked. The lounge’s complimentary services and the wide variety of loan items were excellent. I personally prefer brighter lighting in the Room, but it was comparable to a typical Hotel and could be supplemented with a desk lamp. Security also felt reassuring. With a late checkout time and polished service from the front desk and other staff, everything was outstanding. If I have a chance to stay around Mita or Tamachi again, this is a highly recommended Hotel that I would gladly use again.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    Although this Hotel is popular with international guests, I was able to relax very comfortably. The lobby was lovely, and the Room was compact yet very functional. I had dinner at the on-site restaurant, and everything was delicious—especially thanks to the excellent sommelier. I would love to visit again.

    We had a very relaxing stay.

    The lounge offered a well-balanced selection, and breakfast—especially on weekends—was available even if you came later, so we were able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace. The staff were plentiful and consistently excellent, which made our stay feel very reassuring. Access isn’t the easiest (getting to the nearest exit of Shibakoen Station involves climbing stairs the whole way, which may be difficult for some), but we would love to stay again.

    The views were amazing both during the day and at night.

    I stayed in the same Room with my daughter for the first time in 10 years, and it was still spacious with a wonderful view. As it’s on the top floor and has floor-to-ceiling glass, the morning sunlight filled the entire Room, making it very pleasant. At night, we could see Tokyo Tower beautifully illuminated up close from the Room, and the night view was stunning. This time we didn’t have time to use the lounge on the 14th floor, so I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    A blissful moment...

    After a day out in the city with my daughter, we stayed here—somewhere I’d been wanting to stay for a long time. The spacious Corner Twin Room, the view from the window, and even though it wasn’t a front-facing view, seeing Tokyo Tower from the window was truly soothing. I’m not good at waking up early, so I planned to have breakfast via room service, but morning service wasn’t available, which was disappointing. However, since it was a public holiday, the breakfast buffet was available until 11:00, and we were able to relax after our meal right up until our 12:00 check-out. The calm atmosphere inside the Hotel (including the lounge and patio) and the refined hospitality of the staff made it exceptionally comfortable. Next time, I’d like to stay in a Room with a view of the Bay Bridge. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

    Well-located Hotel

    This Hotel is conveniently located near Tokyo Tower. It features an open-air terrace on the upper floors, where you can relax and enjoy a special escape even in the heart of the city. Personally, I think it’s a shame there aren’t more restaurants.

    Thank you for accommodating our request and arranging a Room with a view of Tokyo Tower, even though it was originally at your discretion. My wife, who celebrated her birthday, was delighted, and it became a wonderful memory. We would love to stay with you again. Thank you very much.

    Hmm.

    On the weekend before the Tokyo Marathon, I could hardly find any Hotel in central Tokyo, so I stayed here for the first time. I chose a large corner Room. It was just under 50,000 yen without breakfast—50,000 yen for something like this. With windows on one entire side it’s bright, but the view (facing west) isn’t much. You also end up making eye contact with people on the neighboring apartment balconies, and it feels completely visible from NEC as well. The Room is spacious, but in the end it feels like a business Hotel; there’s a sense of lacking quality everywhere. The worst part is the lighting: at night it’s dark. There’s a nice desk and chair besides the sofa, so I tried to order room service, but I gave up because it was too dim. A business traveler can use a laptop, but you can’t read books, newspapers, or documents—it’s far too dark. The bedside light is also too dim to read by. The curtain remote doesn’t respond either—so frustrating. To be fair, there are some positives: for a business Hotel the amenities are decent; the bathtub is deep; the washing area is acceptable; and the shower is the same as at Hotel Okura. Anyway, the lighting is poor—on par with cheap Hotels in developing countries with limited electricity. If you don’t get what I mean: it’s just very dark. Please do something about it. There’s a lounge-like area on the 14th floor, but so many guests come that there aren’t enough seats. Nothing can be taken out because taking items out is prohibited; there isn’t even enough to make standing and drinking worthwhile, so I left immediately. They should set time limits or restrict access to higher-tier Rooms—but then again there isn’t anything special there anyway. I also tried dinner at the café downstairs: average at best—not tasty but not terrible either. Service isn’t good. Prices aren’t cheap either. There aren’t many places to eat nearby so this seems like your only option. The next day Hibiya-dori right in front of the Hotel and surrounding roads were closed to traffic and it became quite inconvenient—and yet there was no announcement at all beforehand, which was extremely inconsiderate.

    A quiet Hotel with a calm atmosphere

    This Hotel offers a quiet, relaxing atmosphere despite its relatively convenient access from JR lines and the subway. All staff are very kind and courteous. The Room feels a bit dated, but you can also use the lounge, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is truly delicious, and I look forward to it every time. I will stay here again.

    Even though I paid more than other reservations, the view was not as shown on the website—it was just the windows of the neighboring building. It was so close that people in that building could clearly see inside, and I had to keep the curtains closed even during the day. I feel deceived. You should disclose that some rooms have this kind of view! I was really looking forward to it, and it was terrible.

    Every New Year's Day at Celestine

    I stayed on New Year's Day for roadside viewing of the Hakone Ekiden's first section and a visit to Zojoji Temple. I love the excellent location, the quietness of the hotel, and the comfort of the lounge on the 14th floor. This year, I also enjoyed the complimentary sake offered on New Year's Day. I'll take home the masu cup I received and use it for Setsubun bean throwing. I'll visit again next year!

    A comfortable Hotel where you can relax at your own pace.

    This time, I chose a spacious room. It was comfortable and practical, with a view of Tokyo Tower from the window. To prepare for an early morning appointment the next day, I had a light meal at the lounge on the first floor. The relaxed atmosphere of the lounge was very pleasant. Afterward, I enjoyed some wine while unwinding in the patio of the guest lounge. Although this is only my second stay, this hotel makes me feel at ease and eager to visit again.

    Relax in the lounge

    The bed in the room was very comfortable. The lounge available for guests, along with the wine and light snacks, was also delicious. Since it had been raining until recently, the patio was not available, but enjoying a drink outside would surely be refreshing.

    Celestine was truly comfortable as expected.

    On the first Friday of October, after enjoying a classical concert at Suntory Hall, we stayed for one night in a Superior Twin room with breakfast included. The guest room was not very spacious but featured tasteful interiors in calming tones and a comfortable bathroom, making our stay very pleasant. The lounge for accommodation guests had a great atmosphere, and stepping out into the courtyard from the corridor to enjoy coffee was delightful. The breakfast buffet was abundant with a wide variety of options, so we ended up spending quite some time there. From the reception to the lounge and restaurant, all staff members were friendly and welcoming with smiles, which my wife especially appreciated during this stay. We also gratefully made use of the Diamond Member benefits. We look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Comfortable Stay

    This was my first time staying here. I usually travel by plane, but I was attracted to the convenient location near Hamamatsucho and Shiba Park stations. The staff were all kind and provided courteous service. I was impressed that the lounge is available 24 hours and the breakfast was very delicious. I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again next time.

    Stable and reliable accommodation

    I have stayed here several times, and each time the cleaning is very thorough, and the staff's service is polite, making it a hotel where I can stay with peace of mind.     Through the Connection of Oshima Tsumugi

    I stayed in a room where the headboard, cushions, and lampshade were made with Oshima Tsumugi fabric. Coincidentally, the dress I was wearing was also repurposed from an Oshima Tsumugi kimono. I felt a deep connection. When I shared this with the staff member who checked me in, they were delighted to hear it. The dinner was prepared with care using ingredients from Kagoshima and was absolutely delicious. All the staff members were very kind and provided heartfelt hospitality. Thank you for taking such good care of me. It was a wonderful stay that helped me recover from summer fatigue.

    Business Hotel for Travelers

    I tried the afternoon tea, but it was disappointing and below expectations. The Hotel itself gives a strong impression of being a Business Hotel for travelers, especially the lounge, where the chair arrangement felt awkward. Bread was provided, but some guests (not Japanese) took more than necessary, and there were no plates available, which was very inconvenient. This might be because there is no staff stationed in the lounge.
