    - Both the breakfast and lunch buffet were excellent. - I was surprised to find a massage machine in the room. - The view from the window was superb. - There seem to be few seats in the lobby... There are people causing a disturbance by speaking loudly in the hallway, breakfast venue, and lobby. - I look forward to staying again next time.

    I stayed in a smokin...

    I stayed in a smoking room on the Excel View Floor. I almost always use this hotel when staying in Sapporo. Since my husband smokes, having a smoking room is helpful. This time, the bathroom and toilet were separate, and the room was spacious, so I was able to spend my time particularly comfortably. The staff is always responsive. I will continue to use it in the future.

    It is a hidden gem Hotel with a nice atmosphere.

    I stayed in the Nakajima Park area for the first time, instead of around Sapporo Station. It is conveniently located about a 3-4 minute walk from the subway Namboku Line station and about a 10-minute walk to Susukino. The stay coincided with a live performance by an idol, and it was fully booked, but I was lucky to have made a reservation before the announcement. The room seemed to have been upgraded, and it was spacious and comfortable. From the large windows on the high floor, I enjoyed views of the Ferris wheel and TV tower in Susukino. Overall, there is some sense of aging, but the atmosphere around the lobby was nice, and I had a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet offered at the restaurant on the first floor had a wide variety of dishes, including those made with Hokkaido specialties. The seasoning was also "delicious." Thanks to the IKYU Diamond benefits, I was able to enjoy a late checkout until 1 PM. I definitely want to use this property again the next time I visit Sapporo.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I had a pleasant stay at a good Hotel. I was satisfied with the breakfast and was able to enjoy it leisurely. The Room was clean and comfortable. The only thing was that the paint on the window frame was a bit peeled off, but that's all. Thank you very much.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    It was convenient to use when attending an event at Zepp, as it was almost next door. The location is great, with the subway station, Susukino, and Nakajima Park nearby. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was enjoyable. Of course, it was delicious. Please note that if you opt for a late check-out, you won't be able to use the shuttle bus to Sapporo Station.

    The view from the room was great. The size was also sufficient. The staff were very kind. It would be even better if the Japanese restaurant was open.

    The reception staff and parking staff were all very kind. The room was spacious enough, and the bedding was comfortable.
