    We had a very comfortable stay.

    We stayed here on a family trip with children. The breakfast buffet staff were exceptionally attentive, and we enjoyed delicious meals every morning. Our kids looked forward each morning to making and eating miso ramen. Curry and soup curry were served on alternating days, and both were very tasty. We stayed in a family room, and with the extra beds our whole family was able to rest comfortably. The bathroom also had a separate washing area, which was excellent. I imagine there aren’t many guests on a Multiple Night Stay of three nights or more, but with breakfast alternating only every other day, it can start to feel repetitive. I felt that even a small selection of daily-changing items would increase satisfaction even more. Also, the milk was low-fat; our kids said they wanted regular milk. They were looking forward to Hokkaido milk, so I think regular milk would be more satisfying. Our stay was extremely comfortable, and when we stay in Sapporo again, we will definitely choose this Accommodation.

    Breakfast is outstanding!

    I stayed here while visiting my hometown. I had breakfast, and it was full of local comfort foods and regional specialties, which really got me excited. Everything was delicious—it was fantastic.

    Feel refreshed.

    I stayed on August 5. Including the parking arrangements, the service and cleanliness were excellent, and I had a very pleasant stay. It is also within walking distance of the downtown area and a park, so I think it is an Accommodation in a great location. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    The Room is spacious and clean! I’m glad I stayed here.

    A 2-night Multiple Night Stay with breakfast included. I chose this Hotel because I wanted to relax in a spacious Room, and I’m glad I stayed! The large Room was truly relaxing, and it was clean and well maintained. Some Reviews say the building is old (from around the bubble era, circa 1990?) and that the bathtub is small—but that’s exactly why it’s good. The Rooms are spacious, the interior feels solid, and I could hardly hear any noise from neighboring Rooms or the hallway. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, and the bathtub was perfectly fine to use. An air purifier/humidifier was also provided in the Room. It was also nice that the lobby floor and pillars are marble, each floor’s hallway is wide, and there are four elevators so you don’t have to wait long. Breakfast was a Japanese/Western buffet with a wide selection. The taste was good overall. Despite being in Hokkaido, there was only one seafood item. Alcohol was available in the morning: champagne on day 1 and wine on day 2. There is a coin laundry on the 3rd floor available 24 hours (seems newly installed), with plenty of machines. Washing machine: 400 yen per load (a bit expensive) / Dryer: 100 yen per 20 minutes There are several convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. There were simply too many Chinese travelers. [Guest Services] - Free Shuttle Service between Sapporo Station and the Hotel *However, it doesn’t run late into the evening, which is inconvenient. The last departure from the station is in the 4 p.m. hour.* If boarding from the Hotel side, an advance Reservation is required. I’d like to see more frequent service to make it easier to use. - Free daily newspapers distributed every morning in the lobby - One free bottle of mineral water per day Overall, this is a Hotel I would like to stay at again. [Negatives] - Stayed in July: centralized air conditioning management meant I couldn’t adjust the temperature myself (e.g., even when trying to lower it). - No coffee in the Room (only tea bags for green tea and black tea) - Shuttle bus operating hours end early

    Our Room was upgraded.

    I visited Sapporo for fan activities. I wanted to keep the Hotel cost down, but I prioritized the location and made a Reservation here. At check-in, there wasn’t a detailed explanation about an upgrade, but when I picked up the key and went to my Room, they had prepared a spacious twin Room for me. The Room had two windows and was very bright and comfortable. Even though I was traveling alone, having the toilet and bath separated was very convenient, and the sink area was also spacious and easy to use. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo. Breakfast was also very delicious—I ended up eating a lot in the morning.

    It’s a wonderful Hotel.

    I stayed here for the first time in over 10 years. This time, I stayed on the day of a live concert in Sapporo, and even though it was busy, I was upgraded to a very spacious Room, which truly impressed me. The bathroom in particular was outstandingly large, and I could relax and recover after the concert. It was a trip with my sister for the first time in a while, and she was also impressed. The location is convenient from the station, and there are several convenience stores nearby—nothing to complain about. I will stay again when there is another live concert in Sapporo. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    The breakfast is absolutely excellent!

    The breakfast buffet was delicious and the atmosphere was great, so I was very satisfied—I had planned to stay one night but ended up extending it to two. Since I don’t go out of my Room much, it would have been even better if the amenities included a hairband and bath salts, but since it’s not exactly a luxury Hotel, I guess that can’t be helped. Next time I’ll make sure not to forget to bring them.

    Luxurious yet great value for money

    My spouse and I stayed here for two nights four years ago when we visited Sapporo, and we stayed another two nights this time. We had originally made a Reservation at a different Hotel, but this one came up as a recommendation on IKYU, so we switched. The location is convenient, close to Susukino and Nakajima Park, making dining and transportation easy. When you enter the lobby, the high ceilings and marble surroundings create a very luxurious atmosphere. The Room itself is standard, but it was thoroughly cleaned and felt very comfortable. Breakfast is carefully prepared item by item, everything is high quality, and I ended up eating more than I should. I used the coin laundry facilities; the machines are modern and both washing and drying are fast. Being able to manage wait times and usage time on my smartphone was especially convenient. Since we didn’t rent a car this time, the Shuttle Service bus to Sapporo Station was greatly appreciated. We would like to stay again on our next visit.

    There was an Onsen!

    After the social gathering, I returned to the Hotel and fell asleep right away, so I did not use the Onsen, which was very disappointing. At the breakfast venue there was an egg station, but there was no chef, and something like fried eggs had been prepared in advance. I took one, but if that is the case, I do not think a presentation like an egg station is necessary. The point of having an egg station is to enjoy freshly cooked eggs; if they are made in advance, it seems unnecessary. Was this just a one-time situation because someone happened to be away? Overall, I had a very comfortable stay.

    The Room is spacious.

    Used by a family of three. The Room was much more spacious than a standard triple, and we were satisfied that each of us could fully open our suitcases.

    Overall, it’s very convenient.

    As others mentioned in their Reviews, I’m grateful that my Room was upgraded as an IKYU Diamond member. I didn’t have much need to speak with the staff, but everyone was consistently polite and professional. The Hotel’s Facility is quite dated compared with newer properties, but it felt clean and well maintained. The location was convenient—I could easily walk from the center of Susukino. There was also a convenience store nearby, and it was fun walking past so many restaurants along the way. I’d like to stay here again.

    It is a good Hotel.

    With a convenience store nearby and easy access to Susukino for dining, the location is very convenient. There were plenty of staff at reception during check-in, so the process was smooth and stress-free. The high ceiling in the entrance creates a wonderful sense of openness. I’ll be staying again next month.

    Close to Susukino.

    Close to Nakajima-Koen Station, I checked in after sightseeing at the Dr. Clark statue. They prepared a top-floor Room with a great view of Mt. Moiwa, and the Hollywood Twin Room (Room 2002) was spacious and comfortable. Although the Hotel is older, it was very clean and the staff’s friendly service with smiles was excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options; Garaku’s soup curry, sliced bread from a famous bakery, and the original financiers (which I also had last month at Kanazawa Tokyu) were all delicious—I ate too much! Thank you for the wonderful meal!! However, I didn’t like that the bathroom and toilet were combined. Also, perhaps because a screw is loose on the shower-head holder hook, it rattled every time I hung up the shower head. When sitting in the bathtub you can clearly see that both the mixer tap and shower-head holder are not parallel to the bathtub but tilt downward to the right, which bothered me. I think adjusting/tightening the screws would be better. Other than that, I think it is a very good Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    I always have a comf...

    I always have a comfortable stay here. With the bath and toilet separate and a spacious Room, I can relax and take my time. With the IKYU Diamond Member benefits, parking was free and check-in started at 13:00, which was very helpful. There was also a benefit of late check-out until 13:00, but since I had to leave early this time and did not add breakfast, I cannot comment on that. Overall, I was very satisfied with the Room.

    I requested a Room on a higher floor with a good view and was assigned the 13th floor, but the window was small, which was a bit disappointing. It was also disappointing that I couldn’t use the café on the first floor because its service hours were short (and there was no notice).

    This is a quiet and relaxing Hotel.

    I stayed for two nights. After getting off at Nakajima-Koen Station from Sapporo Station, I found a sign on a nearby utility pole and reached the Hotel without getting lost. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. I also appreciated that breakfast starts at 6:30 a.m. There is a wide variety of breakfast options, and they even offer sparkling wine. Everything was very delicious—I couldn’t decide what to choose. I really enjoyed my stay and would like to use this Hotel again next time.

    An older but great Hotel!

    The lobby’s grandeur feels like a luxury Hotel from years ago and brings back a sense of nostalgia, but I was truly impressed that, despite being an older Hotel, it is so well maintained that it doesn’t feel old at all. This was probably my fourth stay, and I believe the first time I stayed was about 20 years ago. The Room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and toilet are in a unit-style layout. Since it’s an older Hotel, that can’t really be helped. There is no large public bath either, so it might feel a bit cold in winter, but at this time of year I don’t think it’s an issue. I have no complaints about the front desk staff at check-in, but I was a little disappointed that no one greeted me when I arrived at the Hotel with my luggage. I carried two suitcases from the car and went into the entrance myself, but no one came to help... It’s not exactly a complaint, but I felt that even a brief word or some gesture offering assistance would have left a much better impression. That said, I had a very satisfying stay. Breakfast was delicious as well. This is one of the Hotels I would definitely like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff were very courteous. I forgot the wall plug part of my phone charger at home, so after asking the AI chat in my Room, I went to the front desk and they lent me just the plug. I was able to keep borrowing it throughout my stay, which was a huge help. Thank you very much. This was my third stay, and because the value for money and location are great, I would like to stay here again next time.

    The hospitality and service are excellent.

    All front desk staff were polite, efficient, and provided excellent service. After checking in for one night, I suddenly needed to extend my stay, and I truly appreciated how they accommodated me with various adjustments. The service was outstanding. The Room was spacious, well cleaned, and I had a comfortable stay in a spotless environment. The IKYU Diamond benefits were also substantial and were one of the reasons I chose this Hotel. Breakfast was delicious as well! This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

    Renting a car is convenient as you don't need to enter the busy city center. The Room is spacious enough, and the bedding is comfortable. The staff were also kind and helpful.

    Perfect location for Zepp Sapporo.

    I was looking for accommodation for my trip to attend my favorite artist's live performance at Zepp Sapporo, and luckily, an IKYU sale started just in time, allowing me to make a reservation at a great price. Initially, I was considering another accommodation nearby, but this one turned out to be closer to the venue, so I’m glad I chose it. Since it was a cold snowy night, being able to return quickly to a warm room right after the live performance was truly appreciated. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t noisy either (which is quite important for me). The bathroom, sink area, and toilet were separate; the bathtub was deep enough that I could relax and warm up properly—definitely a highlight! Even without meals included in my stay, there’s no issue as there’s a local convenience store Seicomart and various restaurants nearby. The hotel front desk staff were all very polite in their service, and even the shuttle service driver to Sapporo Station left a great impression with their kindness. If I visit Zepp again in the future, I’ll definitely stay at this accommodation again!

    Hurry up!

    Checked in around 9 PM after finishing errands and entered the Room. Set the air conditioner to maximum for about an hour, but it was still cold. With an outside temperature of 4°C, I called the front desk and asked if they could come now. The front desk staff and maintenance came to check and offered to change my Room, but since I had already unpacked, I had to repack everything again. After that, took a bath and went to bed at 1 AM—what a tiring day. Also, as it's an old Hotel, could something be done about the mold and rust in the bathroom?

    This is my second stay. The facility and meals were excellent, just like last time. Satisfaction was 100%.

    It was very comfortable!

    At check-in, they upgraded me from a Single to a Premium Twin at their discretion! The Hotel is close to the station and convenience stores, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was very delicious (especially the rare cheesecake and ohagi!), and I could enjoy it leisurely without any crowds. It would have been even better if the Room lighting had dimming options. While there is an overall sense of age, it was clean and comfortable. Perhaps because it was a weekday, there seemed to be many business travelers and inbound guests. Overall, it was a very good Hotel experience.
