    It was very comfortable!

    At check-in, they upgraded me from a Single to a Premium Twin at their discretion! The Hotel is close to the station and convenience stores, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was very delicious (especially the rare cheesecake and ohagi!), and I could enjoy it leisurely without any crowds. It would have been even better if the Room lighting had dimming options. While there is an overall sense of age, it was clean and comfortable. Perhaps because it was a weekday, there seemed to be many business travelers and inbound guests. Overall, it was a very good Hotel experience.

    Hokkaido Summer Trip

    After traveling to Rishiri Island or Rebun Island, enjoy dinner at the airport before arriving in Sapporo at night. The exterior and interior are like a standard city Hotel, but the breakfast is delicious, the Room is spacious, and the stylish aluminum can water service was a pleasant touch. I will stay here again next time.

    I use an electric wheelchair and stayed with my mother. Since I informed the accommodation in advance about using an electric wheelchair, they kindly secured a parking space for us and prepared a spacious room, showing great consideration. Additionally, as I mentioned that a helper would be coming during our stay, they also took care of the parking fee for the helper. It was very helpful. Thank you so much. After checking in, we attended a live concert at Zepp Sapporo. To rest immediately after the concert, we chose Sapporo Excel Hotel Tokyu near the venue, which was very convenient in terms of location as well. The breakfast buffet the next morning offered many delicious dishes, leaving us completely satisfied. We will definitely choose this accommodation again when attending another live event at Zepp Sapporo. Thank you very much!

    A cost-effective Hotel you'd want to use again

    In late August 2025, I made a Reservation for a Standard Twin [Excel View] Smoking Room with a friend. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to an 18th-floor Deluxe Twin Room. As a Diamond Member benefit, we had an extra hour for check-in and check-out and free parking (parking ticket submitted at the front desk). There is a shop and lounge available, but operating hours are relatively short, so please check the website in advance. Unrelated to the evaluation, the location is excellent—very close to downtown. There are convenience stores like Secoma nearby as well. Room & Amenities: 5/5 Thanks to the upgrade to the Deluxe Twin Room, it was very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning could be set as low as 20°C. Being on the 18th floor, windows did not open but offered great views. The refrigerator cooled adequately. Personally loved the cylindrical cushion placed on the bed. Service: 5/5 No notable issues. Onsen & Bath: 5/5 The unit bath in our room was spacious (with a slightly larger bathtub), making it easy to shower comfortably. The ventilation fan seemed strong enough that there wasn’t much humidity after bathing. Facility: 4/5 I used the souvenir shop before leaving; though small, it had plenty of seafood and sweets available. It’s slightly disappointing that there’s no coin laundry facility. Vending machine options were limited but ice machines were free of charge. Electric rental bicycles also seem available (though I didn’t use them). Dining: - No meals utilized

    Overall, a good Hotel, but...

    An old Hotel, but well-cleaned overall. However, the water facilities were disappointing. The edges of the sink were completely black with mold, and the toilet was not cleaned. Everything else was good, but this was very disappointing.

    The breakfast was excellent.

    It's a bit disappointing that there is no large public bath. The breakfast was great. There was a good variety of options. Being able to make a burger-like meal by assembling the patty was enjoyable.

    I visited this Hotel for the first time with my 80-year-old mother, traveling from Tokyo by train. This trip was not for sightseeing but to enjoy a railway journey and a hotel stay, so the complimentary room upgrade was a delightful service. The guest room, bathtub, and washroom were spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably during our 2-night, 3-day stay. In the evening, there was a self-service corner offering coffee and apple juice next to the restaurant. Although limited in number, the shuttle bus service to Sapporo Station was very convenient. The breakfast buffet lived up to the high standards of Tokyu Hotel with its delicious flavors and quality ingredients. Even after returning home, my mother and I often talk about wanting to visit again.

    Within walking dista...

    Within walking distance to Susukino, close to the Namboku Line station, with a convenience store right in front and next to Zepp Sapporo, the location is excellent. Despite this prime location, the rooms are spacious with large windows, which is a delightful feature. Perfect for sightseeing or attending live events!

    A Hotel Popular Among Inbound Travelers

    After arriving past 8 PM following a long drive, I requested to clean the front of my car before parking it in the multi-story lot. The parking staff kindly provided a new towel and a bucket of water, suggesting I use the flat parking area under the lights since there were no bus parkings that night—offering excellent support. On the other hand, when I asked the front desk for help with luggage, they provided a cart but instructed me to return it to the front desk upon checkout.

    Comfortable Hotel

    As a repeat guest, this Hotel is always comfortable. Whenever I visit Sapporo, I always stay here. The cleanliness is impeccable, allowing for a pleasant stay. The location is conveniently close to Susukino, just a few minutes' walk away, and it's also within walking distance of Nakajima Park Station. While the free shuttle service to Sapporo Station doesn't run frequently, it is surprisingly convenient. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service with smiles. Breakfast offers a standard buffet with an average taste and atmosphere—neither outstanding nor disappointing. While the variety isn't extensive, it’s satisfying enough. The timing of replenishments was well-managed without causing any stress. Previously, the live cooking station featured mini pork bowls from Obihiro; this time scallops were grilled and served instead. For a Hotel of this class, live egg dishes are typically expected but were not available this time—a slight disappointment. Although I hesitate to share too much as it might make reservations harder to secure in the future, I believe this is a highly satisfying Hotel overall!

    Stayed here for one night during my trip to Hokkaido to have dinner with an old friend in Sapporo. Dinner was in Susukino, and it was convenient as it’s just one train stop away. On the way back, I took a taxi after drinking, and I think it was about one meter fare. Also, at check-in, I requested a change to a smoking Room due to my preference, and they quickly accommodated me—thank you for the prompt response!

    Few guests, quiet atmosphere

    During breakfast, the lack of guests made it feel a bit lonely. However, while eating at a relaxed pace, the staff's comment about clearing dishes was unpleasant. Once you finish your meal, you can flip the "sign stick," so why can't they wait? It was very disappointing. Additionally, the female staff at the counter lacked a smile during check-in, though the male staff during check-out was pleasant. As this is my favorite Hotel, I look forward to improvements next time. Wishing you all the best!

    I left my luggage at the Hotel in the morning before going out. I checked in late, after 9 PM, feeling very tired. However, I was delighted to hear, "We have placed your luggage in your Room." Such thoughtfulness made me very happy.

    The Room is spacious and comfortable.

    Overall, the Room was spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. However, the bathroom drainage was poor. When draining the water from the bathtub, it overflowed back from the drain, leaving about half of the unit's floor wet. Please ensure regular cleaning of the drain.

    Well, it's fine.

    The Room was spacious and comfortable. I was delighted to have wine served at breakfast. However, there was a used and dirty plastic fork left in the refrigerator, which was unpleasant. It would have been better if the staff had been a bit more cheerful.

    Options for Business Trips to Hokkaido

    I live in Hokkaido and often stay in Sapporo for business trips. Considering the limited budget for company trips, this is the best option in the Sapporo area. Although it is a bit far from Sapporo Station, it is close to a subway station and within walking distance of Susukino. If you have time in the morning, I recommend taking a walk in Nakajima Park. The accommodation is clearly one grade higher compared to nationwide chain business hotels. The meals are especially excellent with no complaints.

    Delicious meals

    I used it for the first time. The meals were very satisfying. The local specialties of Hokkaido, such as scallops and salted squid, were delicious. I would like to use it again when I travel to Sapporo.

    This is my second stay.

    I chose to make a Reservation again this time because I was highly satisfied during my previous stay. As expected, it fully met my expectations. The cost-performance ratio is particularly noteworthy at the moment. Although it is a bit far from Sapporo Station, there is a Shuttle Service available at certain times, which is faster and more convenient than taking the subway. The Room does show some age but offers ample space. The mountain view from the higher floors is also impressive. It’s within walking distance to Susukino, making it ideal for those who want to enjoy nightlife (it’s quieter than the bustling city center, which I personally prefer). Breakfast is quite fulfilling and even includes sparkling wine—it's hard not to indulge while enjoying Hokkaido's delicacies. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you very much!

    Used for a ski trip.

    Ski rental can be arranged from the Hotel, and the ski bus also stops in front of the Hotel, plus Susukino is nearby, so it was very convenient. Also, the breakfast had a wide variety of menu options and was delicious, which was much appreciated. Thank you very much.

    The surrounding roads are...

    The room itself is spacious and comfortable, so I am satisfied, although it is showing a bit of age. I didn't have a meal, but the breakfast from the Tokyu group should be delicious. I have no complaints about the Hotel itself, but I felt the surrounding roads (sidewalks) were slippery and dangerous during the winter. It might be harsh for guests from Honshu. When using, we recommend using the shuttle bus (Sapporo Station ~ Hotel).
