I stayed at the accommodation booked through IKYU to attend a party where I was the guest of honor, held in the hotel's banquet hall. While I greatly appreciated the service at the banquet hall and will refrain from harsh criticism, I found it stressful that there was no guidance on Diamond benefits, possibly due to automated check-in. Additionally, at the breakfast venue, juice and coffee were frequently "out of stock" (refills were significantly delayed), which was frustrating (this is my first time experiencing a coffee shortage even in business hotels). Last month, I stayed at Marriott Miyako Hotel, and last year at Shima Kanko Hotel; naturally, I couldn't help but compare them with this hotel from the same group.
