We were delighted to read your kind comments regarding the meals and the bath. However, we sincerely apologize for the torn shoji screen in your Room and for areas where cleaning was not thorough. Despite your looking forward to your stay, we regret that we caused you discomfort. We should have paid close attention to every detail and provided a comfortable space, and we deeply regret receiving this feedback.
