Sky Open-Air Bath Highlight

Checked in with the 2:00 PM Plan and enjoyed exclusive use of the open-air bath "Sky" from 3:00 PM for about 30 minutes. The private mandarin bath was disappointing as it lacked fragrance, possibly due to using green mandarins. However, the post-bath lounge was clean, equipped with a large TV, and comfortable. The outdoor bath in the public bathing area was surrounded by dense trees, which blocked any scenic views—unfortunate. The Room's private open-air bath had a great view and was enjoyable. Due to the building's layout, there was a lot of walking involved inside, making it easy to get lost. In the Room were one bottled water and two tea bags provided. While complimentary coffee and juice are available in the lounge, having to go there felt inconvenient—this could be improved. As for meals, some dishes felt pre-prepared with items that were dry or not warm enough despite creative presentation efforts—it left mixed feelings overall. The front desk staff member provided polite service; however, perhaps due to understaffing, the busyness of other staff members made it hard to relax right from arrival.
