    Rediscover the exceptional quality of Otani.

    Although the facility is outdated, the quality of service is excellent. I was impressed by the thoughtful attention to upgrades and handling forgotten items. Even trainees demonstrated a solid understanding of customer service basics, leaving a positive impression. The room service menu is also extensive. While international chains near Umeda Station are good, there’s a sense of reliability in the quality offered by top Japanese accommodations. Kyobashi may be slightly inconvenient for work, but I would like to make this my regular accommodation.

    Everything about this Hotel is amazing. Truly exceptional. I always stay at this Hotel during concerts. It's the best.

    Excellent staff

    Stayed for one night to attend a concert at the Castle Hall. While the aging of the Facility is noticeable, everything else was perfect. Due to the extreme heat, I gave up sightseeing and decided to spend time hopping between the Hotel's restaurants. The staff at every location provided excellent service, allowing me to enjoy delicious meals comfortably. Thank you very much!

    After enjoying the s...

    After enjoying the sweets buffet, there was about an hour until check-in, but I was kindly guided to my room early. It was very much appreciated as it was hot and I didn’t have the energy to kill time elsewhere. The concierge staff were also kind, asking about sightseeing plans and providing detailed directions. The amenities were well-equipped, the room was spacious and clean, and I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    It was amazing.

    It was my first time booking a high-end place, and after checking in, I was guided to the room while they kindly carried my luggage. They noticed I was nervous and spoke to me gently, which helped me relax. Since it was her birthday, I bought a cake, and their thoughtful gestures like asking if it would fit in the fridge or offering plates and forks were very much appreciated. Also, they prepared an upgraded room for us as one was available, which made me really happy. If I had to mention something slightly disappointing, it would be that after saying "Excuse me" on the phone call, they hung up abruptly before I could end the call myself.

    I stayed here because of a live event at TT Hall. The Hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute straight walk along Tamatsukuri-suji, making it easy to return after buying merchandise and change before heading back to the venue. The lobby's elegant yet calming atmosphere helped relieve my travel fatigue. Check-in was smooth from the entrance to the Room, and staff kindly considered my luggage getting wet due to the rain. Although some parts of the Room, like plumbing, showed signs of aging, the bathtub filled quickly with hot water and the TV was modern. I was pleasantly surprised by having lidded teacups in the Room—something rarely seen in a Business Hotel. The Hotel staff were polite and approachable, leaving a positive impression. City Hotels indeed offer an elegance and spaciousness that Business Hotels cannot match. Next time, I’d like to try dining here as well!

    It was excellent.

    The Plan included welcome drinks and morning coffee served directly to the Room, which was a unique service not commonly found in other Hotels. The Room had a view of Osaka Castle, allowing me to relax and enjoy coffee while taking in the scenery. The view was truly spectacular. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    We experienced exceptional hospitality.

    This was my first time staying here. The staff's hospitality, the meticulously cleaned rooms, the well-equipped amenities, and the view from the window all exceeded the quality of a typical Business Hotel. We stayed to celebrate our marriage registration and were touched by their thoughtful gestures for this special occasion. While some fixtures like the sink showed signs of age, they were impeccably maintained and more than satisfactory. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we would love to stay here again. Both my spouse and I experienced exceptional hospitality that made us want to return for future milestones. Thank you very much!

    The large Room was available this time as well, and the accommodation provided was exceptional, truly befitting a first-class Hotel. Every staff member promptly attended to us, making our stay very pleasant. This is a Hotel I would definitely choose again when visiting Osaka. My parents were also very pleased.

    Regular accommodation.

    I had a comfortable stay. Despite being exhausted from the intense heat during my business trip, I felt rejuvenated. The breakfast maintained its reputation as Osaka's No.1 in quality and variety. While some may point out issues like access or aging facilities, the accommodation space itself is excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

    I usually stay at Hotel New Otani in Tokyo, but...

    We stayed at the Hotel during our visit to the Osaka Expo. As two families with children, we booked a suite room on the club floor. We wanted to have dinner promptly at 8:30 PM, so we tried to make a reservation for room dining in advance by phone. However, we were told that orders could only be placed after arrival. Upon arriving at the Hotel and immediately placing our order, we were informed that it was already past last order time by just five minutes. Traveling with children made it difficult to arrive smoothly, and we were quite exhausted. This response felt extremely disappointing. Reluctantly, we ordered dishes like katsudon, ikura donburi, and pizza—each costing nearly 4,000 yen—but they tasted worse than convenience store food. The poor quality left us regretting our decision. Additionally, when a young staff member delivered the food and accidentally stepped on my foot (I am pregnant), there was no apology whatsoever. The lack of hospitality was shocking and disheartening. While I have used your services several times in Tokyo before without issue, I do not plan to use this Hotel again for group reservations or business purposes moving forward. I sincerely hope you will work towards improving these issues.

    Hotel New Otani Osaka is excellent!!

    This was my first stay at Hotel New Otani Osaka. I went along with the person who recommended it to me. As expected from one of Japan's representative hotels, I truly felt it was an amazing accommodation. The hotel staff, room, cuisine, location, and everything else were impeccable. I was extremely satisfied and deeply impressed. It allowed me to refresh both physically and mentally, easing my daily fatigue. Thank you very much.     Refresh at Hotel New Otani Osaka!

    We had the pleasure of staying at the accommodation with a group of four, including my companions and roommates. As always, we enjoyed lunch at SAKURA during check-in and SATSUKI during check-out. Every dish featured summer-inspired ingredients and was absolutely delicious. The weather was perfect, and the view from our room was stunning, making us feel truly delighted! The room we stayed in this time offered our favorite view, which made it even more special. Thank you so much for arranging such a wonderful room for us—we are deeply grateful. For my companions who were visiting Hotel New Otani Osaka for the first time, they were all incredibly impressed! They mentioned how refreshing it is to stay at Hotel New Otani Osaka occasionally.     A Long-Awaited Family Trip

    Our children, now living in Tokyo as working adults, planned to meet us at the hotel for the Expo. Originally booked for a one-night stay, we decided to add another night at the last minute. Thanks to the hotel's kindness, we were able to enjoy a Multiple Night Stay without changing rooms. The breakfast buffet offered both Japanese and Western dishes, and everything was so delicious that even after eating our fill, we wanted more! The room was spacious with excellent amenities. We were thrilled with the view of Osaka Castle from our room—it made our stay in Osaka truly satisfying. The hotel also provided great access to the Expo venue, making it likely we'll visit again for a second trip! We definitely want to stay here again!

    Standard Services

    I frequently use this group, and this Hotel provides standard services without being overly intrusive, allowing for a very comfortable stay. This time, I also tried the Chinese restaurant "Daikan-en" for the first time, and it was very delicious with pleasant and straightforward service. Highly recommended.

    I was thrilled to stay in the Luxury Junior Suite at a reasonable price. After visiting the Osaka Expo, I checked in around 10 PM, but the next morning, I enjoyed a leisurely and delicious breakfast. The view from the window offered a stunning panorama of Osaka Castle, and with great weather, I never got tired of gazing at it. After a late check-out, I visited Osaka Castle.

    I was talking with my sister, who lives in Osaka, about how we never stay at a hotel in Osaka. Since I had some errands in Kyobashi, I decided to take this opportunity and stayed here. The twin room was spacious, smoking allowed, and very comfortable. At night, I enjoyed the bar, and for breakfast, I opted for room service—fully enjoying a luxury hotel stay. The staff provided pleasant service every time we interacted with them. Thank you very much!

    After dining with seven people at Four Seasons, we enjoyed a relaxing conversation in the Room's living area while admiring the night view.     Experience Expo 2025

    I stayed for two nights on June 22nd and 23rd. Upon arriving at the hotel, I left my luggage and mentioned that I would be going to the Expo the next day. The staff kindly explained the best transportation options to Yumeshima, including schedules, which I greatly appreciated. Although the weather wasn't ideal, I enjoyed what might be my last Expo experience in life. Additionally, I was touched by the kindness of the staff member who carried my luggage and even delivered ice water to my room, making my stay very comfortable. I had a relaxing breakfast on both mornings. If I may suggest, offering a different genre of breakfast could be nice as well. Overall, though, I am very satisfied with my stay!

    I love this Hotel.

    The hospitality is always excellent, and the satisfaction level is very high. This time as well, I had a pleasant stay. For breakfast, I tried the Four Seasons venue for the first time, and it was wonderful to enjoy breakfast while viewing Osaka Castle. I will stay again.

    I stayed for 3 night...

    I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days alone to watch a theater performance. Since I was alone, I didn’t feel like leaving the Room for breakfast, so I used room service and enjoyed the morning drink service as it was a Gold Key Room, making for a very elegant morning. At check-in, the staff immediately approached me as I neared the front desk, allowing for a smooth check-in process which was very helpful. I also appreciated their flexibility with cleaning times.     It was a hot season, but the location was convenient and close to the station. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff's service was excellent. The Room was spacious, quiet, with comfortable bedding, allowing for a relaxing stay.

    Enjoyed a luxurious time.

    To create a memorable experience for my youngest daughter, who had to cancel her school trip due to an unpleasant incident at school, we decided to stay at a familiar location near Osaka Castle, where we had previously enjoyed live concerts and cherry blossom viewing. We chose the "Room Assigned on Arrival Plan" and were delighted with a twin room offering a view of Osaka Castle. The accommodation was very comfortable. For my daughter, it was her first time staying in a luxury hotel, and she was thrilled and excited throughout the stay. To make it even more special, we opted for room service breakfast instead of dining out. It truly felt like a dream-like experience. For dinner at All Dining SATSUKI, my daughter struggled with some unfamiliar flavors and left some food uneaten. She felt bad about it afterward, but unfortunately, I couldn’t help as the dish contained tomatoes to which I am allergic. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience caused by us. On the other hand, I thoroughly enjoyed my steak along with delicious wine. The in-room TV allowed access to Netflix and YouTube—something that made my daughter extremely happy! With check-out being at 12 PM, we could relax and take our time in the morning. From check-in to check-out, every staff member we encountered left us with positive impressions; they were all incredibly kind and professional. It was truly an amazing experience—thank you so much! My daughter has already expressed her wish to return when she grows up!

    I requested a 3-night, 4-day stay. Previously stayed in a Superior Double, but the bathroom wasn't to my liking, so this time I chose a Suite. I was able to stay at an affordable price. It was very comfortable. Thank you very much.
