    This was my first st...

    This was my first stay at the accommodation. The front desk staff were very polite, and I was able to relax as my room was upgraded. Although the water facilities felt slightly dated, they were well-maintained and clean. The room was also clean, allowing me to stay with peace of mind. I would love to make this my regular accommodation. Thank you very much!

    The meals were delicious.

    We stayed overnight for my grandchild's Shichi-Go-San celebration. The building and facilities are comparable to a Business Hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and Chinese cuisine for lunch. Perhaps because we had no expectations, both were very delicious. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the chef prepared omelets individually right in front of us, giving it a nice Hotel stay feel. Compared to Tokyo, the price is more affordable, and there is plenty of space, so I plan to stay here again when visiting my son's family.

    I enjoy staying at city accommodations and have stayed here several times. While I often choose accommodations in Tokyo, this is an exceptional hotel that stands out from those in the city. The facility shows some signs of aging, but the lobby and restaurant are clean and well-maintained. You can sense the goodness and corporate effort throughout the hotel. Everything you need can be completed within the hotel itself. The warm service provided by the staff is also commendable. The pastry shop is particularly outstanding, offering handmade items that rival those found in Tokyo. Next time, I look forward to trying their Chinese cuisine. Urawa as a town is charming with many lively independent shops rather than chain stores, and this hotel blends seamlessly with that atmosphere. It seems to play a central role in this vibrant community. I would love to stay here again!

    Perfect for casual stays

    This was my first stay. The interior and facilities felt older than the photos on the website and travel sites, and the amenities were quite simple. It seems more suitable for casual stays rather than for those seeking luxury in a hotel. Breakfast and the café had a standard restaurant feel, and since there are many great dining options around Urawa, I wouldn't say it's a place I'd go out of my way to use again. However, the accommodation fee is more affordable compared to Tokyo or Yokohama, which is a very appealing point. It's perfectly sufficient for just sleeping overnight, making it ideal for short stays starting late at night.

    I stay at this hotel for over 100 days a year and use it as my regular accommodation during monthly business trips to the Kanto region. It is a highly recommended hotel with excellent cost performance. While the aging of the rooms cannot be denied, gradual improvements are being made, and I have no complaints. The high ceilings in the rooms provide great views and a sense of openness, which is very satisfying. Although there was a period when breakfast quality declined, it has now been improved.

    Spacious and serene lobby (no waiting for elevators) & rooms (large bathroom, etc.)... I had a very comfortable stay. The café and restaurant on the 1st floor are also great. I look forward to staying here again!

    I had a relaxing stay.

    I wanted to get away from everyday life and relax, so I was glad there was a great-value Plan that included sparkling wine. This time we had dinner nearby, but I later found out the in-house restaurant offers a casual drink set for guests, and I missed it—what a shame. I’d like to use it next time. The Room was spacious and comfortable, but it was disappointing that the bathroom shower curtain had an odor and the loungewear smelled musty. It helped that I could borrow a bathrobe.

    Close to JR Urawa Station, I enjoy the shops and the surrounding area near the Hotel. The mattress is comfortable, allowing me to always sleep soundly. The bath additives are a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciate.

    I always stay at this hotel when I have business in Urawa. The accommodation is always comfortable. The room and bathroom are spacious, clean, and relaxing. The parking lot is also convenient to use. This time, I was upgraded to an even more convenient room, and I truly appreciate it. Thanks to that, I felt very refreshed.

    Hidden gem

    Located at a moderate distance from the station, it offers a quiet and hidden gem-like atmosphere. A 7-Eleven and FamilyMart are just a 1-minute walk away. While some wear and tear due to age is understandable, the flooring could benefit from an update. Personally, I found the pillows uncomfortable, and overall, I felt it did not quite match its price point.

    I was aware of the facility's age, but I chose to stay here again because of the excellent hospitality I experienced a few years ago during an academic conference. However, the restaurant and café within the hotel have short operating hours, making it less comfortable to spend time inside the hotel. Another disappointment was breakfast. When I checked at both reservation and check-in about what time we needed to enter the restaurant, I was informed that it operated until 10:00 AM. However, when I arrived at 9:35 AM, I was told that service ended at 9:30 AM and was turned away. Clearer explanations would have been appreciated. As someone who frequently stays in hotels both domestically and internationally for work, I'm concerned about the declining quality of traditional Japanese hotel brands. I hope for improvements in both facilities and services moving forward.

    One of my favorite hotels for a long time. The hotel's atmosphere is perfect for refreshing and stepping away from daily life. Some rooms offer views of Mount Fuji, and the night view is stunning. The restaurant within the hotel, which I occasionally use, serves excellent quality dishes. I would love to stay at this accommodation again.
