    Just a short walk from the 1st floor of Elevator 45 at JR Shibuya Station New South Exit.

    We stayed as a group of four: myself, my two daughters, and my mother. Since we planned for Child Sharing Existing Bedding, we chose this accommodation based on the bed size and location. Bed guards were available to borrow, amenities were from L'Occitane, and the bathroom had a shower booth separate from the bathtub, which was very convenient. On the first day, we used the provided bath salts in the tub; on the second day, we added shower gel to create a bubble bath—it was so enjoyable! My child is 115cm tall; while size S kids' pajamas fit snugly at the waist but were short in length, size M was too long but still manageable—glad they were available to borrow. During our stay, we visited Disney and Puroland. Although navigating Shibuya Station was quite confusing at times, using JR lines made it more stroller-friendly. There’s a convenience store on the third floor of the hotel building as well as a Seven-Eleven across a slope nearby where we bought cut fruits—very handy! We didn’t opt for breakfast at the hotel but enjoyed exploring Shibuya’s many bakeries instead. It was fun walking around early in search of famous bakery shops! The room had Nespresso coffee machines with delicious coffee provided. Before heading out for bread shopping while everyone else slept in, I also used the gym pool facilities—they offered bottled water (the same type provided in-room) and towels free of charge. The service at this hotel was truly excellent!

    If you encounter any issues after check-out...

    The room, breakfast, Club Lounge, Cerulean Lounge, and the staff were all excellent. Thank you for your hospitality. However, the day after checking out, I received a call regarding an issue with the room's amenities. I confirmed with my companion, but we had no recollection of anything related to this matter. I communicated with the Hotel several times afterward but could not determine why this happened in the end... Although they kindly asked if there were any injuries or issues on our side, I couldn't help but feel from the tone of the initial call that we were being suspected. My companion and I had been saying right after checkout how wonderful everything was and how we'd love to return again someday; however, now it feels a bit difficult to do so. Other than that incident, our stay at the Hotel was truly exceptional and memorable—making it all the more disappointing. I will refrain from going into further details here; however, not knowing why such an issue arose and feeling like we are being blamed still leaves me unsettled even now. It's quite puzzling indeed.

    I really like this Hotel.

    I really love this hotel and stay here every season. The excellent views, well-equipped facilities, variety of restaurants, and in-room dining are all wonderful. I believe this hotel is comparable to Forbes Five-Star or Four-Star standards. For lunch, I dined at Karumera, and for dinner, I enjoyed in-room dining. Especially during the intense heat, being able to complete everything within the hotel was truly appreciated. However, I feel there is room for improvement in hospitality—particularly at Karumera. The woman in black attire at Karumera's reception always seems a bit unwelcoming. The staff's explanations about food and beverages vary greatly; some are thorough while others provide none at all. While it may be unreasonable to expect high-level hospitality from casual dining venues, many guests use this space regularly—I hope they strive to improve. This time there were some outstanding staff members who left a great impression: F-san who escorted me to the elevator during check-in; the female staff member who served my in-room dining; and Y-san who guided me during breakfast service. Thank you!

    Deposit

    I occasionally use your reservation service for hotels, but this time I was asked for a deposit at the hotel. Even though I made a prior reservation through your service, it made me feel like there was a lack of trust. The front desk's response at check-in determines everything about the hotel experience. I do not wish to use Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel again.

    This time, I stayed for one night. The staff's service was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was well-cleaned and provided ample space and comfort.

    The location is inconvenient and can be harder to find than expected from Shibuya Station. You may end up needing to take a taxi when going somewhere.

    12th Anniversary

    Stayed for our 12th wedding anniversary Despite arriving earlier than planned, we were smoothly guided to the Executive Lounge and completed the check-in process. We enjoyed afternoon tea in the lounge while admiring the view before heading to our room with a view bath, as introduced during check-in. The room was spacious and luxurious. From the front, we could see Shinjuku's skyline, and from the bathroom, Tokyo Skytree was visible. On the table were an anniversary card and hotel-made baked goods; we were also given Dalloyau macarons during check-in, which was delightful. Since it was still bright outside, we took a stroll around Shibuya but returned exhausted due to not being fond of crowds. By then, cocktail time had started in the lounge. We enjoyed matcha cocktails and local craft beer along with appetizers, hot meals, fruits, etc., all of which were delicious. The duck soba noodles made for a perfect finish (I ended up having three small servings). For a nightcap, TWG tea accompanied by dried fruits and chocolates was perfect. The lounge is restricted to guests aged 13 or older, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay there. One minor concern was that some staff made noise when adding or clearing dishes from tables. Breakfast at Sakuragaoka featured Japanese-style options where you could choose your main dish—my wife chose rolled omelet while I opted for fish—and shared them along with side dishes that were both delicious and well-balanced for health-conscious dining. We spent most of our stay between our room and the lounge; every time we visited the lounge staff warmly welcomed us with great hospitality that left us feeling truly appreciated. Until checkout time arrived—we thoroughly enjoyed this comfortable space at leisure—thank you so much!

    It was wonderful.

    Stayed to celebrate my partner's birthday. The room on the 25th floor had a stunning view, including Tokyo Tower, and it was conveniently close to Shibuya Station. However, I had some concerns regarding the meals. For dinner, we opted for room service and enjoyed a luxurious meal while admiring the night view. However, the steak came with a side of French fries, which I felt was too large in portion. While I don’t dislike fried food, having been out in the heat and feeling tired after check-in made it a bit heavy for me. The salad could have been served in smaller portions as well. Perhaps if I had mentioned this beforehand, adjustments could have been made; however, not knowing what would be served prevented me from doing so. That said, the food itself was delicious. As for breakfast at the buffet, I wished there were more variety available. The staff’s service was professional and excellent throughout our stay. I would love to stay again someday but hope that improvements can be made regarding meal options and portions!

    I stayed with a friend and had a very pleasant experience on the Executive Floor, making it a wonderful trip. The gentleman on the Executive Floor kindly recommended menu options, explained the views, and provided helpful directions to Shibuya Station upon departure. I truly appreciated his assistance. The canelé and Dassai cocktail were incredibly delicious and left a lasting impression. For breakfast, I enjoyed Japanese cuisine, which was absolutely delightful. I also used the gym, where the massage chair was exceptional and very relaxing. As mentioned in other reviews, I found that the water in the room did not suit my taste. If given another opportunity, I would love to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Second time

    This was my second stay. The staff, including those at the front desk, provided very pleasant service. This time, I happened to stay in a west-facing room again. I would like to try staying in a room facing a different direction someday. However, the west-facing view made me realize that Nanpeidai is a high-end residential area. There were some paper scraps near the trash bin and fingerprints on the window. Recently, many accommodations employ foreign staff for cleaning and maintenance; I felt that detailed guidance might be necessary for meticulous work. The water pressure in the bath was strong, and drainage was quick, making it comfortable to use. Having shaving foam spray available was convenient as well. The L'Occitane shampoo worked well without leaving my hair unmanageable—this was great too! However, due to recent trends or circumstances, there wasn’t any bar soap available, which was disappointing. The complimentary mineral water wasn’t very tasty either. On the other hand, the elevator operated at high speed and felt comfortable to use. As for breakfast at Sakuraoka: taste and service were excellent with no issues whatsoever; however, choosing one main dish from salmon fillet, rolled omelet with dashi broth (dashimaki tamago), or tofu with natto sauce felt limiting—it would be nice if all options could be selected together instead of just one choice! Having regular charging stations (preferably free) in your parking lot would also add convenience for guests traveling by car. With its convenient location and visible efforts from all staff members striving hard toward guest satisfaction—I’d love another opportunity someday soon where staying here becomes possible again!

    Masaru-chan is the best!!

    This was my first time staying here. The service and view were truly impressive, as expected from Tokyu Hotels. The exceptional staff service and comfort of the Executive Lounge made me stay longer than I intended. The Room, despite being close to Shibuya Station, was very quiet, highly functional, and equipped with amenities unified with L'Occitane's Verbena scent, which I absolutely loved. While preferences for beds and pillows may vary by person, they suited me perfectly, allowing for a relaxing rest. I regret not having stayed here sooner despite its proximity. I will definitely return again!

    I didn't have high expectations, but the hospitality, attentiveness, consideration, natural conversations, and topic suggestions from the Hotel staff were all exceptional for me. Despite it being the weekend, the lounge was spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I chose a Japanese-style breakfast; the fish was perfectly fatty with just the right amount of seasoning. This has become one of my favorite Hotels.

    Fast and accurate service

    The location attracts many foreign tourists, so I expected check-in to take some time, but it was completed quickly. Even with group guests, the high-speed elevators and efficient operations throughout made the stay very comfortable. Additionally, the Room was incredibly clean. As someone with a dust allergy who usually needs medication at the slightest presence of dust, I completely forgot to take any this time. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the room service menu is more tailored towards inbound tourists. While delicious, Japanese guests might find the menu variety slightly lacking.

    I regularly use this...

    I regularly use this Hotel and am always very satisfied with the hospitality. I feel a level of attentiveness that other hotels don't offer, which keeps me coming back. The location is also one of its attractions, being close to Shibuya Station and just about 30 minutes to Ginza via the Ginza Line. During my recent visit, I noticed some new staff members in the lobby who, despite a bit of nervousness, showed their utmost dedication to providing excellent service. Each visit makes it harder to leave this Hotel. My gratitude goes out to all the staff members!

    Convenient Hotel for Staying in Shibuya.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay after a long time. Despite being a Hotel of this level, the toilet was still in the same space as the bath and sink. Other than that, it was comfortable. Is it just my imagination, or did prices suddenly drop after news about luxury hotels in Tokyo in mid-April?

    Cerulean Tower: A Long-Awaited Stay

    I was delighted to receive the same warm hospitality at LB and was guided to the 35th floor. At the lounge, I enjoyed afternoon tea during check-in and fully relaxed before heading to my room. The room's soothing color tones and atmosphere provided a sense of comfort as always. Later, I visited the Cerulean Lounge, newly established in September last year, where I enjoyed seasonal Japanese sweets in a serene Japanese-style space. The tatami seating area allowed for a calm and peaceful time. In the evening, I indulged in cocktail time, followed by a delightful breakfast at Caramel. It was another wonderful stay overall. Thank you to all the staff for your excellent service!

    A hotel that blends luxury and comfort.

    The hotel was a mix of luxury and mid-range grade. Despite receiving an email the day before with instructions for web check-in, it was not usable at check-in (no clear explanation provided). Regarding the room facilities, the toilet was not fully automatic (entirely manual), there was no rain shower, and while amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were from L'Occitane, items like razors (two-blade) and foldable hairbrushes were on par with a business hotel. The room lighting could only be controlled as a whole unit, the telephone was outdated, curtains were all manual, and the mattress on the bed was soft and outdated in style. Dinner at the Japanese restaurant "Sakuragaoka" featured a wonderful course menu that tasted delicious with excellent service. (The only satisfying aspect.) The next morning's American breakfast via room service had scrambled eggs resembling Japanese-style tamago-yaki—quite surprising—and the coffee wasn't good either. (Prices were reasonable.) Reservations for orders could only be made by phone. Overall, compared to luxury hotels in Tokyo city center, there were noticeable shortcomings throughout various aspects of this accommodation which left me feeling very disappointed. It seems that time has passed since its opening without sufficient updates or renovations being made to keep up with expectations. As Tokyu Hotel's flagship property, it fell short of expectations—very disappointing. While it may satisfy customers who have limited experience staying at luxury hotels, it is unsuitable for those accustomed to high-end accommodations.

    The staff's hospitality is excellent.

    From check-in to check-out at the Executive Lounge, the staff provided attentive yet unobtrusive service, which was excellent. The lounge was not crowded, allowing for a relaxing experience. Having visited various Hotel club lounges in Tokyo and Yokohama, I now have a new favorite Hotel. The Room was bright, spacious, and made for a comfortable stay. It would be great if the lounge could include Japanese-style options in their afternoon tea and cocktail time menus.

    A wonderful Hotel.

    I love this place and stay here every season. The Executive Lounge is particularly outstanding. Special thanks to Mr. Z, who handled my check-in. Although originally from Italy, his use of honorific Japanese is more beautiful than that of many native speakers, and his hospitality is exceptional—a truly outstanding hotelier. During cocktail time, Mr. S, and during breakfast, Mr. K—both were able to anticipate my needs without me even expressing them and provided excellent service with foresight. Their bow before serving and after serving was truly remarkable. I had an omelet three times! The chef personally came over to thank me for enjoying the food so much—thank you for the delicious omelets! I checked out at the front desk in high spirits but was disappointed as always: just a simple "Your payment has been processed." Despite leaving reviews each time about this issue, I have never heard a "Thank you" or "Have a nice day" upon checkout. Although responses from review staff always promise improvement, nothing changes. If it’s not being communicated properly internally, there’s a lack of coordination; if it has been communicated but remains unaddressed by the front desk staff, perhaps they lack motivation? I recommend introducing self-checkout machines instead.

    Renovated and Beautiful Room

    The Hotel is very convenient with a direct bus from Haneda Airport, offering excellent Rooms and services. The restaurants are well-equipped, and I always enjoy dinner either at the Hotel or through Room service. Although the breakfast buffet can be crowded, it offers a wide variety of delicious options. In an era where many hotels have increased prices and reduced service quality post-COVID, this Hotel maintains its high standards, making it truly exceptional.

    Feeling a bit indulgent, I stayed with my son who was preparing for his university entrance exams. During this stressful time, we were upgraded to a higher-grade room, allowing us to enjoy an unexpectedly luxurious space together. The room and the night view were stunning and left us deeply impressed, but what truly stood out was the kindness of the hotel staff. Seeing my son in his school uniform, everyone we met offered words of encouragement that eased our tense feelings. During this exam period, we stayed at four different accommodations, but only this hotel made us feel so warmly welcomed. Thanks to your support, I am happy to share that my son has become a university student as of April. He has now started living on his own. This stay with just the two of us will likely be our last such experience together... I am truly grateful for being able to spend such meaningful time in comfort during those final moments before he embarked on his new journey. Given its location in Shibuya, it may not be easy for me to find another opportunity to stay here soon; however, next time I hope to visit with my husband. And perhaps one day when my son brings someone special here and recalls these memories from his exam days—it would bring me great joy just imagining it...

    I had a comfortable stay.

    The view was great, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. We slept soundly and enjoyed a relaxing time with our family. We took some bread from the lobby floor as a souvenir, which was very delicious and well-received. Thank you very much!

    Gift for a Nephew from Osaka

    Thank you for taking care of my nephew. He and his fiancée, visiting from Osaka after a long time, stayed for 2 nights as a gift from me. They were so impressed with the beautiful Room overlooking Tokyo Tower that they even called to express their gratitude! I also appreciate the thoughtful attention provided during their stay. Thank you very much. It is reassuring to know there is such a wonderful Hotel and hospitality in the heart of the city.

    Cerulean Lounge

    Has the entry method for the Cerulean Lounge on the first floor changed? Upon entering, I was asked for my room number. This was done in front of other guests, so my accommodation room number was revealed, which made me feel a bit uneasy.

    I have used a nearby Hotel before, but this was my first time using this Hotel and I found it more comfortable. I would like to continue staying here from now on. It's also nice that there is room service and massage available.

    The Room was spacious and had a great view.

    The Room was spacious, and the view was excellent. The walk-in closet was very convenient to use. The bed was large, allowing two people to use it comfortably. For breakfast, we chose Japanese cuisine. The main dishes were salmon and natto, one of each. Both were delicious.

    Stayed as a birthday...

    Stayed as a birthday present for my parents. Thank you for your hospitality. It was a memorable and wonderful trip. Just one thing, I thought the view from the 19th floor was good enough, but it was a bit disappointing that the view was obstructed by the redevelopment buildings in front of Shibuya. I regretted a little that if I had chosen a higher floor, I could have shown them Mt. Fuji or the city night view. I also used the property for my sister's wedding, and I will continue to use it for future milestones.

    Cerulean blue furoshiki

    It was the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel where I wanted to stay in January to relieve the fatigue of work by the end of the year and think about dreams and plans for this year. I arrived about 30 minutes earlier than the check-in time and planned to wait in the lobby, but I was immediately guided to my room and was impressed by the beauty of the view from the corner room on the 21st floor and the spaciousness of the room. The thick white slippers reminded me of the hotel's class. The closet and desk were perfect. While I was admiring the hotel-made sweets prepared on the table, there was a knock on the door. After confirming, I opened the door to find a smiling hotel staff who kindly provided additional sweets for two. It was an unexpected surprise as I was staying alone. In the afternoon, I enjoyed a free-flow afternoon tea with friends at Bellovisto on the 40th floor, which I had reserved, and we had a lively chat while enjoying the view of the cerulean blue sky gradually turning into the colors of the sunset. In the evening, I spent a rich rewarding time training at the gym in the hotel and receiving a massage. The Japanese breakfast was also carefully prepared and very delicious. At checkout, I purchased a cerulean blue furoshiki wrapped in a paulownia box at the shop I was guided to. It was the same color as the sky seen from the hotel window. It became a hotel I would like to visit again someday.
