    It was our second time.

    This was my second stay. This time, I enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna in the main building, which gave me a resort-like experience. The one-coin wine was also delightful and made my stay comfortable. Dinner was absolutely wonderful and incredibly delicious. Breakfast was also tasty, but I regretted not noticing the takeaway bags earlier, which led me to overeat a bit.

    It was the perfect girls' trip!

    We stayed here for a trip with friends! After arrival, we relaxed in the lounge with wine. The Italian dinner was delicious, and we were able to celebrate our friend's birthday. The spacious Room had a large jacuzzi and high-temperature sauna on the upper floor, making it a truly wonderful trip. All the staff were very attentive, and we had a comfortable stay. Thank you so much!

    Enjoyed the sauna to the fullest.

    Shuttle service was available, the room was spacious, and the dinner was extremely delicious. If I may ask for more, having a beer server in the lounge would be perfect. The facilities, including the sauna, were well-equipped and allowed for a relaxing experience. However, it seemed like there might be many insects, so I think visiting only in winter would be ideal.

    Enjoy the Resort

    I visited for the first time with my mother. The staff were kind and attentive, and the meals were excellent. I would love to come back to Tokushima just to stay at this hotel again. I look forward to visiting again.

    Accommodation for viewing the Naruto whirlpools

    I stayed here for my first trip to Tokushima to see the Naruto whirlpools. The spacious Room made for a comfortable stay, and the bed and bedding were very cozy! The refrigerator and coffee maker were located on the first floor, which I felt was slightly inconvenient. The meals were very elaborate and would likely appeal to younger guests.

    It was a relaxing Hotel.

    This was my first time staying here. Both the Italian dinner and breakfast were very delicious. The staff were all pleasant and wonderful. I visited the library-like room several times. It had a relaxing space with soft drinks, snacks, and a TV, which was great! Thank you very much!

    The 2nd and 3rd floors are clean.

    Conveniently located near the Otsuka Museum of Art, with enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna facilities. The toilet and shower were new, and the kitchen was equipped with plenty of glasses, towels, and bathrobes. The ReFa hairdryer and lounge were also great. We were looking forward to staying in a fourth-floor Room this time, but the Room on the first floor felt like an old karaoke box—lacking openness, humid, and not appealing to use at all due to my dust mite allergy. It might cause arguments among family members over room assignments; I ended up sleeping on a sofa on the second floor instead. The second and third floors are clean. The staff was kind overall; however, during check-in, explanations given while one family member parked the car made it difficult for us to decide meal options without everyone present—resulting in unnecessary repetition later. The process felt rushed overall; a more relaxed approach would suit this resort setting better. Table arrangements during meals were good as well as serving service; however, some foreign staff spoke Japanese too quickly for me to understand clearly. She was charming though—I didn’t want to hurt her feelings by asking her to repeat herself—but I couldn’t grasp most of the dish explanations despite enjoying their delicious taste. There’s a mix of excellent aspects alongside disappointing ones here.

    Great maternity support provided.

    I stayed at this hotel with my daughter, who is expecting soon, to spend a relaxing and special time together. The room was a spacious maisonette type, allowing us to unwind comfortably. Having our own private sauna was delightful, as well as the outdoor jet bath. The meals were thoughtfully prepared for maternity needs and tailored to our preferences, making them incredibly delicious. The staff were kind and provided excellent service with a warm attitude. Thank you very much! We also enjoyed the benefits of being Diamond members.

    A cozy countryside experience in Tokushima.

    The facility aims to provide a sense of "luxury" for locals and nearby residents. We asked various questions and made requests, and we are grateful for the sincere responses. We stayed in the annex, which was a maisonette type with stairs between the first and second floors. We were attracted by the open-air bath and jacuzzi facilities when making the reservation, but as a couple in our 70s, it was slightly challenging.

    Enjoy delicious Italian cuisine and quality family time.

    We stayed one night as a family in the Main Building Maisonette Deluxe Room. The private open-air bath and sauna in the room were very enjoyable and relaxing. However, the air purifier seemed to be an older model, and its noise was slightly noticeable. The Italian Special Dinner Course we had for dinner was absolutely delicious. The staff who attended to us were all very polite and left a positive impression. On the other hand, at breakfast, one of the female staff members showed no sense of hospitality; she started clearing dishes from a nearby table with loud noises despite there being used dishes on distant tables as well. Her frequent large strides between the kitchen and dining area made us feel rushed, which was unpleasant.

    Tokushima is a wonderful place!

    This was our second stay. We stayed as a family of five and enjoyed a comfortable Hotel experience with both a jacuzzi and sauna. We stayed for three nights, and the dinners were varied each evening, offering delicious meals that made our summer vacation truly fulfilling. We would love to stay again when visiting Tokushima.     Feel the Hawaiian Vibes

    A stunning location with ocean views that feels just like Hawaii. We stayed in a detached villa, but the building was poorly constructed with cheap materials, and the walls seemed to be made of tin, making it easy to hear noises from next door. It was disappointing. The stairs to the upper floor were narrow, and the entrance was very small. The Italian cuisine for dinner was delicious, with attentive staff and great views—absolutely fantastic. Breakfast had a Hawaiian theme and was very enjoyable as well. The Room's bath occupied an entire room space, offering a luxurious experience. The rain shower was also very refreshing. I felt that the lounge could use brighter lighting for a better atmosphere.

    I stayed here for a sauna trip. The Room had a private sauna, and I could use it multiple times. The outdoor relaxation space was spacious, very open, and absolutely amazing! The lounge was free to use, and the apple juice was incredibly delicious! Additionally, the staff were very kind, and I definitely want to stay here again. Thank you so much!

    A bit disappointing

    I had high expectations, but I felt the Hotel itself seemed a bit outdated. The outdoor deck area, in particular, appeared to be worn out. It also felt like it swayed quite a bit. The staff's service was excellent.

    Overall, it is disappointing.

    I mistakenly thought it was a luxury resort. This is because it was introduced as a four-star hotel on Google Maps. In reality, it felt more like a resort pension than a hotel. Perhaps the misunderstanding is my fault. Here is my review: First of all, the structure, quality, and furnishings of the building all feel cheap and flimsy. When cars pass by on the road about 50 meters away, the room shakes. At first, I thought it was an earthquake. Is this structure safe? There are many other concerns as well: The narrowness of the toilet, the quality of floors and walls, woodwork quality, amenities—all these give off an impression of cheapness. As for food described as traditional Italian cuisine... I'm sorry to say that its level is too low to even discuss seriously. We paid extra for crab to be included but wished they had used ingredients more skillfully. Our overall opinion on every dish was "edible but not delicious or even unpleasant." Please strive to at least reach an average level. The hall staff also need improvement. The focaccia we ordered never arrived. If you noticed this mistake later on at least offer an apology! To management: We understand staffing shortages make training difficult; however customers choose accommodations like yours seeking small luxuries—not much just enough comfort without ruining their mood unnecessarily! Considering location size potential value limitless possibilities exist here yet current state feels wasteful disappointing honestly speaking hoping future growth success awarding stars encouragement keep trying best wishes ahead

    Excellent. At dinner time, guests are asked to wait temporarily in front of the front desk before heading to the independent restaurant from the accommodation building. Once notified by the front desk, a restaurant staff member will stand at the entrance and say "Please proceed." The waiting staff will then guide you to your seat. For a multiple night stay, if you order beef fillet as your main dish for both nights, before serving it on the second night, they kindly ask whether you'd like it as is or with a different sauce—a thoughtful gesture. The special care provided during shuttle service at both arrival and departure is also impressive. The maisonette-style room is spacious with a sauna and semi-open-air jacuzzi on the second floor. Descending an indoor staircase leads directly to the breakfast area on the first floor. We enjoyed freshly baked bread for breakfast and creative Italian cuisine for dinner—both were delightful experiences. All these services are offered with excellent cost performance.

    A Resort Hotel That Heals in Every Way

    The room features a private sauna and jacuzzi spacious enough for two people, offering a truly extraordinary experience. For dinner, thanks to the early reservation benefit, my wife enjoyed abalone while I had a course upgraded for free with Japanese black wagyu fillet, both of which were absolutely delicious. Breakfast was served in a quiet atmosphere with excellent staff service, making the morning very pleasant. This is an exceptional hotel that I would definitely love to visit again.

    It was excellent.

    I used this place as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. He was very happy, and we got to see the cherry blossoms together, making it a perfect day. The dinner was delicious, and the staff provided excellent and attentive service. Time flew by so quickly that it felt like a waste to sleep in such a wonderful place. I would love to stay here again!

    Anniversary Stays

    We stayed at the property for a birthday celebration trip. Despite our sudden request on the day, they prepared flowers in the room, making it a wonderful memory. The room was a maisonette type, clean and easy to use, and we were able to enjoy wine in the lounge and spend a relaxing time very comfortably. The hotel staff responded very politely, making it a memorable and pleasant trip. I would definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    Overall, I am satisfied, but I think it would have been better if there were considerations such as placing rooms with children at the end or staggering meal times. I felt a lack of consideration from the staff who did not respond to the sound of running footsteps or crying during meals. Therefore, I would like it to be more clearly advertised whether it is an adult hideaway or family-friendly. The atmosphere was a bit disappointing.

    I used it for an anniversary with my girlfriend!

    Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious. The Room was spacious, and being able to watch YouTube and Netflix on the TV was a great feature. The amenities were plentiful and satisfactory, but I felt that the hairdryer could be of better quality. Since a hair iron was not permanently available in the Room, I thought it would be considerate for users to prepare accordingly. When a problem occurred late at night, calling the front desk resulted in a very polite response, which was extremely helpful. It turned out to be an amazing trip!

    Unfortunately: 2 things

    Last time as well, I noticed something at the breakfast venue, Siesta. The breakfast venue staff (foreign staff) were fine, but the person in pants who seemed to be helping from the reception? The sound of their shoes was very distracting. It might be your "proud" terracotta flooring, but in the silence, the loud clacking of heels was quite noticeable. I would appreciate it if they could either attach rubber to the heels of their pumps or adjust their walking style to mitigate the noise. Another point: I believe it was the same person, but during breakfast, they were removing fresh flowers from the chairs set up for a garden wedding (probably from the day before) and putting them into a plastic bag. It might have been a casual task, but watching a "clean-up" scene while enjoying a leisurely morning meal with a view of the garden was quite disappointing. Awaji Island is seeing more and more great Facilities being built, and I thought the addition of a sauna and the overall renewal was well done. However, while the hardware is great, the software side feels lacking. Coming from a neighboring prefecture, it only takes 30-40 minutes to get there, and I would like to continue visiting in the future, so I sincerely hope for improvements.
