    Excellent dinner, disappointing breakfast

    Dinner was perfectly portioned—neither too much nor too little—and tasted excellent. The pacing of the service was also just right, neither too slow nor too fast. In contrast, breakfast looked colorful but was difficult to eat. The burger in particular had dry buns and didn’t taste good. The sauna and jacuzzi on the first floor were comfortable.

    The meals, service, and Room were all excellent!

    This was a truly welcoming and pleasant Hotel. As I was traveling solo, I was shown to a quiet seat with a great view for dinner, and I was able to relax and enjoy the meal. They were considerate about ingredients I don’t like, and everything was delicious. The only regret was that the portions were a bit large for me, and I was almost full before the main course. Breakfast was exciting, and everything was delicious—absolutely wonderful! My Room was close to the guest lounge, so I enjoyed not only staying in my Room but also spending time in the stylish guest lounge. The sauna, jacuzzi, and bedroom were all very relaxing—I had a great stay!

    It felt like a tropical paradise.

    The Room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable to use—we really enjoyed our stay. The jacuzzi on the 3rd floor also felt open and relaxing. All of the staff were kind and helpful. We chose a private dining room for dinner, but it didn’t have any windows, so we couldn’t enjoy the view, which was a little disappointing. Next time, we’d like to stay in a different type of Room. Thank you very much.

    Exceptional hospitality

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay with breakfast and dinner included. We truly appreciated your kindness in changing the menu from the previous day. The Italian course meal was delicious, with an artistic presentation. The sauna and jacuzzi were also wonderful, and we enjoyed a relaxing adults-only getaway. We would love to stay again.

    Enjoy a private jacuzzi and sauna in your own room.

    Thank you very much for everything. Even before our stay, your kind advice on the Shuttle Service and making reservations for the whirlpools was a great help. The Room had a sauna and jacuzzi, so we could start enjoying them as soon as we arrived—especially the jacuzzi the next morning while listening to birdsong was pure bliss. Every dish was carefully prepared and delicious, and the salt-crusted sea bream was outstanding. Breakfast was also special rather than a buffet, and we were completely satisfied. We would love to visit again if we have the chance.

    I stayed here on my first trip to Tokushima. I stayed in the main building, and the Room was laid out with the bedroom, vanity area, indoor bath, and toilet on the 2nd floor; a sauna, jacuzzi, and balcony on the 3rd floor; and the 1st floor connected to the floor where breakfast is served. All basic amenities were provided, and it was convenient to have a hair dryer as well as a straightening iron. We had dinner at the restaurant; the Italian dishes made with Tokushima ingredients were delicious, and I was satisfied with the wine pairing. However, for breakfast I would have preferred a standard American or English option. I understand that a Hotel needs its own character, but overall each dish felt unfocused and not really worth having. Sorry that I ended up leaving most of it. Also, late at night—perhaps due to wind or vibrations from a nearby road—I felt as if the Room was shaking and couldn’t sleep well.

    A Dreamlike Stay

    My elementary school friend and I stayed for one night—two 65-year-old women on a trip. Thank you for letting us enjoy our reunion in a wonderful space with delicious food. We were very satisfied with the attentive, hospitality-filled service, the timeless atmosphere, and the refined Room. We would love to visit again.

    Would it be appropriate to recommend again a dish that is already included in the dinner course?

    I was surprised that the same dish was served twice, and we were charged an additional fee. Other than that, the course meal was the best I’ve ever had—everything tasted amazing, and I was very satisfied.

    A Relaxing Getaway

    The Room’s jacuzzi and sauna melted away my everyday fatigue. I’ve never been great with saunas and hadn’t used them much, but having one in the Room meant I could relax at my own pace, and it changed my mind—I realized saunas can be quite nice. The meals were also delicious, and I was able to enjoy a truly soothing time.

    The Best Hotel Where You Can Feel the Ocean

    In a location where you can truly feel the ocean, we were able to spend a wonderfully relaxing time. The view from the 3rd-floor jacuzzi, especially while soaking in it at leisure, was absolutely amazing. The maisonette-style layout and the stylish toilet and bath were refined down to every detail—it was truly wonderful, and we could feel thoughtful touches everywhere. In particular, we loved being able to listen to music on BOSE speakers, and we were surprised that the hair dryer was a ReFa—and that there was even an iron. The guest lounge was also great, with complimentary drinks, popcorn, and snacks; it was so enjoyable we almost ended up staying far longer than planned (lol). Both breakfast and dinner were beautifully presented—we couldn’t help saying “Wow! So beautiful!” (lol). It was a feast for the eyes as well. Of course, everything tasted fantastic, and the pacing of service felt just right. Cleanliness, warm hospitality—everything was flawless. This is truly a perfect 100-point Hotel. If we have the chance, we would definitely love to stay again.

    An adults-only Resort Hotel where you can escape the everyday

    We stayed at Villa Bel Tramonto on a trip together. The time flew by because it was so comfortable, and while the Facility itself is wonderful, what impressed us most was the warm hospitality of the staff. After arriving, our luggage was taken at the roundabout in front of reception. There is some distance and stairs from the parking area to reception, but by the time we headed to our Room, our luggage had already been delivered—such thoughtful service truly moved us. At check-in, we received wine coins for the lounge and used them right away. The lounge has a calm atmosphere where you can enjoy wine, coffee, soft drinks, and snacks. The popcorn machine was especially memorable; choosing flavors and making it was part of the fun. Whenever we looked unsure, a staff member immediately offered help—they were incredibly kind. There were also board games, and we appreciated being able to take lounge drinks back to our Room. In our Room, we fully enjoyed the private sauna, cold plunge bath, and jacuzzi. Surrounded by trees with soothing sounds of running water, it was a space we wanted to use again and again. The ReFa hair dryer and hair iron were also provided—excellent amenities overall. Having toilets on both the first and second floors and two sinks was very convenient as well. The bed was extremely comfortable; we slept soundly until morning. Dinner was an Italian course featuring local ingredients. Everything—from chilled corn potage to your choice of pasta, homemade focaccia (so good you’ll want seconds), and dessert—was delicious, as were the wines selected to match each dish. The staff always kept an attentive eye on everything and spoke to us at just the right moments throughout the meal, making it relaxing from start to finish. Breakfast had a Hawaiian style with bagels, acai yogurt, Naruto Kintoki sweet potato soup (a specialty from Tokushima), and more—very satisfying even in the morning. We could also freely enjoy drinks and flavored teas. At checkout as well، they carried our luggage out to our car، allowing us to enjoy a pleasant stay until the very end. The Facility、 food، scenery،and amenities were all outstanding—but what stayed with us most werethe staff’s smilesand thoughtfulness.It wasa wonderful Hotel that madeus wantto come back again.We stayed in oneof thes villa buildings this time,but next timewe’d love tot rythe Moana building too .Thank you so much for makingour time together into such special memories .

    Overall, I was mostly satisfied, but...

    This was my second stay. I had a good impression last time, so I stayed again with a different companion. However, there was a large centipede on the Room curtain, which shocked me, so I called the front desk at 7:00 a.m., but there was no answer. I waited a while and called again, but still no answer, so I had no choice but to take the centipede outside myself. On my way to breakfast, I explained what happened to the front desk staff. They apologized, but it still left me feeling unsettled. It was disappointing. The food was delicious.

    I’ve always wanted to stay at Moana Coast.

    I stayed here with my mother. The Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Every meal was delicious, and we were extremely satisfied. The in-room sauna and jacuzzi were especially wonderful, allowing us to relax and unwind at our own pace. It became a lovely memory with my mother. Next time, I’d like to stay in the villa building!

    I have stayed here s...

    I have stayed here several times and really like it. The Facility staff are excellent, but the food is disappointing. Breakfast in particular is very poor; if it is going to be a half-hearted buffet, an American-style breakfast might be better. I also heard similar comments from other tables.

    Enjoy a refreshing getaway.

    This was actually my second stay. The Room was very clean, and I thoroughly enjoyed both the rooftop sauna and the jacuzzi to my heart’s content. The restaurant staff were excellent, with outstanding service, and I really enjoyed the many dishes featuring ingredients from Awa and Awaji Island. Thank you very much.

    The worst accommodation

    Because I had an unpleasant experience at a luxury Accommodation before—one side was a baby and the other was foreign guests—I know I may be sensitive, so I informed you in advance that I wanted a quiet Room. Even when we were shown to our Room, we were told this was the quietest one; however, we could hear loud partying until after 9:00 p.m. Below our Room was also the breakfast venue and seemed to be used like a banquet space as well. It wasn’t indoors but terrace seating, so voices carried strongly into our Room. It sounded like about ten men and women partying loudly. It was our anniversary and our first time in Tokushima, but it became the worst memory. I may be mistaken, but I think we were not taken seriously because we are young. If you don’t mind noise at all, this is probably a good Accommodation. As for the food: it’s Italian, but I didn’t feel it needed to be served as a course meal. When the tomato pasta sauce was served, there was sauce smeared around the rim of the plate and it looked dirty. Some dishes were good, but others were not. If you can make certain items taste that good, I wish you would put more effort into the side dishes as well. It may simply not have suited my taste. I really don’t think it deserves a 3.6 on Tabelog. The sauna, cold bath, and overall atmosphere of the Room were great, so I think you should avoid changing your service depending on who the guest is and improve the food quality.

    I’m glad I visited during such a lovely season—the garden’s fresh greenery was beautiful. The staff were all very pleasant, and I was completely satisfied. The food was delicious as well.

    This was my first stay.

    I thought it would be difficult to carry suitcases up and down the entrance stairs, but the staff carried them for us both on arrival and departure. As I am elderly, this was a great help. The Room was very clean, had a high-quality feel, and was excellent. I used the sauna and cold-water tub on the deck many times, which allowed me to rest and relax both physically and mentally. I had heard the meals were Italian, but they far exceeded my expectations and were wonderful. The ingredients and sauces for each dish served were very delicious. Breakfast was also tasty, with both the content and portion size easy on the body. I also used the lounge once after check-in. It was nice to have a place to relax outside of my Room as well.

    Golden Week Family Trip

    This trip was an ambitious journey with long-distance travel from Dogo Onsen to Naruto and then Naoshima. Even though we requested an unreasonable Shuttle Service on the day, the staff kindly accommodated us, which was a huge help. The meals were delicious, and the Room was comfortable. We were very satisfied with the rooftop jacuzzi bath, but it was a little cold when showering. With great views, it was a wonderful Hotel that we would love to visit again.

    It was my first time...

    It was my first time in Naruto, and it became a wonderful memory. The view from the third floor with the jacuzzi was very pleasant. The meals were just the right amount for us, and we enjoyed them. With such reasonable prices, I would like to stay again when I visit Shikoku.

    A truly extraordinary escape

    This was my first stay. I was looking for a place near the Otsuka Museum of Art and was lucky to find an available Room during Golden Week. I arrived looking forward to seeing what it would be like. It turned out to be an even more wonderful Resort Hotel than I had imagined. From the Room design alone, it felt truly out of the ordinary; everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were impressively well stocked—something rare these days. There was even a popcorn machine in the lounge! I found myself completely absorbed in choosing flavors. The Italian full-course dinner, expertly prepared with local ingredients, was also delicious. I could purchase bath salts as well, relax in the jacuzzi bath, and then unwind while gazing at the night sky after my soak. Above all, what impressed me most was the hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I received consistently pleasant and thoughtful service. Things that are hard to come by even at many five-star Hotels these days were simply standard here. I’ll definitely return when I feel like taking things slow again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

    We stayed in the Vil...

    We stayed in the Villa Retreat | King Room [Private Sauna & Semi-Open-Air Bath]. The Room was very spacious and spotless, and we were able to relax in a calm, comfortable atmosphere. The luxurious private sauna was especially appealing, and it was also very convenient that all the water-related areas were grouped together on the first floor. Spending time unwinding in the private sauna helped us forget everyday life and left both body and mind feeling refreshed. The bedroom window looked like a piece of art—I assumed it was fixed, so being able to open it fully was a wonderful surprise. During our stay I became unwell and caused some trouble, but I was deeply moved by the staff’s quiet yet warm consideration. Their thoughtful hospitality—perfectly balanced in its sense of distance—made us feel safe and at ease, for which we are truly grateful. It was a place with an atmosphere that lingers long after you leave. A place that makes you want to return and gently immerse yourself again in those special moments. P.S. While I wasn’t feeling well, when declining breakfast I misread the time and ended up calling the front desk early in the morning. Please accept my sincere apologies.

    The staff were very ...

    The staff were very helpful. The food was not quite worth the price. We stayed in the Moana building, but it felt like a shame that there was hardly any ocean view from the Room. I wondered if we could see it if the trees in front were a bit lower.

    The staff are wonderful.

    Although it was raining when we arrived, they came out to our car with an umbrella as soon as we entered the parking lot. Throughout our stay, they took care of every little detail to ensure we were comfortable, which was truly impressive. The Facility is wonderful, but above all, the staff are outstanding. The staff at the Hotel, restaurant, and café were all excellent.

    Glad to hear that.

    We stayed here on a family trip. We were very satisfied with both the atmosphere of the Accommodation and the food. The sea lettuce pasta was so good I wanted to ask for seconds, but I was too embarrassed and my family stopped me. If there had been a sofa in the Room, we might have been able to relax even more—so said our second daughter, who loves auberges. Still, it was a very pleasant one-night stay.

    I stayed for multiple nights.

    I stayed here a few times about 20 years ago and returned as it holds special memories for me. This was my first time staying in the villa, and it was clean, and the indoor jacuzzi made me feel comfortable using it. The lounge also wasn’t available back then, so I enjoyed making use of it. We had a Multiple Night Stay, and they changed the breakfast menu each morning—getting pancakes really made my day! Dinner at the restaurant was included as a perk. The focaccia and olive oil have been delicious for as long as I can remember. If I visit Naruto again, I would definitely like to stay here.

    I feel refreshed!

    Second stay. Last time, I stayed in the main building, so this time I chose the annex out of curiosity. The main building offers a spacious atmosphere (2nd floor), while the annex has a more tranquil vibe—both have their own charm. Personally, I think I'll choose the annex again next time. I enjoyed plenty of sauna and jacuzzi time, which was very refreshing. Dinner was delicious as well! Breakfast is tasty but feels less exciting on a second visit... It would be nice to have an option for regular Western-style breakfast too. That said, this is still my favorite hotel, and I'll definitely be back!

    It was our second time.

    This was my second stay. This time, I enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna in the main building, which gave me a resort-like experience. The one-coin wine was also delightful and made my stay comfortable. Dinner was absolutely wonderful and incredibly delicious. Breakfast was also tasty, but I regretted not noticing the takeaway bags earlier, which led me to overeat a bit.

    It was the perfect girls' trip!

    We stayed here for a trip with friends! After arrival, we relaxed in the lounge with wine. The Italian dinner was delicious, and we were able to celebrate our friend's birthday. The spacious Room had a large jacuzzi and high-temperature sauna on the upper floor, making it a truly wonderful trip. All the staff were very attentive, and we had a comfortable stay.
