    Huis Ten Bosch Christmas

    The breakfast buffet featuring Nagasaki's local "Jigemon" cuisine was excellent. The desserts like Castella and Kanzarashi, as well as the fluffy fried horse mackerel, were all delicious and enjoyable. The ability to re-enter Huis Ten Bosch is also a great perk. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you very much!

    Huis Ten Bosch

    This time, it was very convenient as the Hotel was located next to the entrance of Huis Ten Bosch. The buffet meals were delicious, although there were some dishes that couldn't be replenished in time, which I thought was understandable. Overall, I was very satisfied and would love to use it again.

    Wonderful Stay

    The guest rooms were impeccably clean, which was impressive. There was also a spacious public bath where I could relax. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Nagasaki specialties. It was an exceptionally fulfilling stay.

    Suitable for family use

    The Room is very convenient and ideal for family use. The large public bath is also excellent. However, the usage tends to concentrate at certain times (especially around 10 PM when people return from Huis Ten Bosch, making the women's bath particularly crowded), which might be unavoidable. The shop's selection of items was quite unique and wonderful.

    First Day of Your First Nagasaki Trip

    For our first trip to Nagasaki, we stayed at Hotel Nikko on the first day to fully enjoy Huis Ten Bosch. Upon arrival, we immediately left our large luggage at the hotel, allowing us to explore Huis Ten Bosch freely. The check-in process was handled by a foreign staff member and was flawless. After checking in, we returned to the Room for a short rest after getting tired from playing and then went back to the park for more fun. Since our stay was mainly for resting and having breakfast, it didn’t matter that our Room wasn’t on the park side. The breakfast buffet had a spacious venue with a wide variety of dishes, including many local specialties, which were very satisfying. With excellent staff service, meals, and Rooms, this is definitely a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when visiting Huis Ten Bosch!

    Family Trip

    Hotel Nikko has been beautifully renovated, providing a very comfortable stay. Thank you for the complimentary Häagen-Dazs ice cream. The meals were also more delicious and have improved compared to before. I look forward to visiting again next time!

    No guidance provided in case of a power outage.

    During a business stay, the electricity suddenly went out after 7 a.m. with no prior notice. There was no announcement to inform whether it was a building-wide outage or an issue with the individual room, nor any updates on when it would be restored until I inquired at the front desk during checkout. During the power outage, there was also a large amount of wastewater flowing from the toilet, raising significant hygiene concerns. I specifically chose this accommodation for its reputation under the Nikko brand but will never use it again. I do not recommend this accommodation for purposes other than inbound tourism.

    Great value for money! Extremely satisfied!

    90 days ago, we were able to enjoy an affordable stay by using PayPay points immediately. We had reserved two standard rooms, but with an upgrade, we stayed in two rooms connected by a small door. Since it was a multi-generational trip with two young children, having the rooms connected and allowing the kids to move freely between them was incredibly convenient! There were no complaints at all, but during breakfast, the person making omelets seemed to struggle as they could only make one at a time despite the long line. Also, there was only one laundry bag per room; it would be helpful if there were enough for each adult guest. Only my father used the large public bath and mentioned that the water temperature was just right—not too hot. Thanks to you, we had a wonderful trip. Thank you so much!

    The Best Stay

    I stayed here during a business trip. The Room was spacious and very clean. The large public bath was also well-maintained, with the water at just the right temperature for a comfortable experience. Breakfast was delicious, featuring many Nagasaki specialties that made me eat more than I intended. From check-in to check-out, everything was excellent, making it such a pleasant stay that I almost forgot about work.

    Very close to Huis Ten Bosch.

    The best part was how incredibly close it was to Huis Ten Bosch! Even from the far end, we could take the bus inside Huis Ten Bosch back to the exit gate, and it was just a short walk to the Hotel! Especially since walking on cobblestone streets in Huis Ten Bosch can be quite tiring, we were all relieved by how close Hotel Nikko was and kept saying how easy it was to return! The hotel kindly arranged connecting rooms for us, making it super convenient to move between them. Breakfast offered a wide variety of Nagasaki specialties. With a passport included, we were able to stay at a very reasonable price! We definitely want to use Hotel Nikko again when visiting Huis Ten Bosch next time.

    Convenient location

    There is a dedicated entrance for accommodation guests to Huis Ten Bosch, making it very convenient. The large public bath helps you relax and unwind. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes to enjoy.

    The Room was spaciou...

    The Room was spacious and beautifully decorated, allowing for a relaxing stay. I was surprised to find a washbasin right at the entrance of the room, in addition to the one in the unit bath. The bath area was crowded, and there were several people waiting for their turn at the washing area. Going early turned out to be a good decision. Breakfast included unique dishes from Nagasaki, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

    Hotel Nikko?

    I have stayed at various Hotel Nikko locations. The service was excellent, but the breakfast did not meet the standards expected of Hotel Nikko! Since it is Hotel Nikko, shouldn't the breakfast be compared to other Hotel Nikko locations?

    I stayed at the accommodation to enjoy the night pool at Huis Ten Bosch. Before check-in, I stored my luggage using an automated machine for the first time, which was a fun experience. Even though it was summer vacation, it was a weekday, so I could use the bath without any crowding. The jacuzzi was incredibly relaxing and helped relieve fatigue. Towels were available in the changing area, so there was no need to bring them from the room, which was very convenient. The pajamas were separate pieces and very comfortable to wear. For breakfast, there were two venues available, so it wasn’t crowded. I enjoyed trying Nagasaki’s local dishes. There were also many types of juice and bread that delighted the children as well. The flavored seaweed with flying fish broth and Goto udon noodles were especially delicious! Thanks to a special campaign for Kyushu residents, we stayed at an affordable price this time. It’s conveniently located near Huis Ten Bosch's main gate; the room was clean, breakfast delicious, and staff very kind. I’d love to stay here again when visiting Huis Ten Bosch! Although it's about a 10-minute walk from JR station, borrowing a cart for luggage on our way back really helped!

    The entire accommoda...

    The entire accommodation was clean and comfortable for a pleasant stay. In addition to the unit bath sink in the guest room, there was a separate sink, which was very convenient for getting ready in the morning. It’s a bit of a walk from Huis Ten Bosch Station, so it can be challenging with lots of luggage, but there is a dedicated entrance from Huis Ten Bosch, making access easy. The breakfast had a wide variety and delicious seasoning. Although it was disappointing that the beautiful courtyard was under construction, I would love to stay here again.

    Close to Huis Ten Bosch and very convenient!

    The Hotel is not located directly inside Huis Ten Bosch (which can be crowded and less relaxing), but with a ticket, you can freely go in and out of the Hotel, offering a comfortable distance. I was able to spend a few peaceful days, especially during the daytime within the Hotel. The Hotel seemed to be undergoing exterior wall repairs. While resting at the Hotel during the day, I heard some tapping sounds. Upon inquiring at the front desk, they confirmed this was due to ongoing maintenance. Huis Ten Bosch itself appears to have invested significantly in its infrastructure, using bricks instead of concrete for walls and roads—unlike other theme parks. While other parks may cater more towards children, I would appreciate it if Huis Ten Bosch offered more events tailored for adults. Additionally, I sincerely hope that both Huis Ten Bosch and this Hotel continue to thrive for years to come.

    The public bath was excellent.

    We stayed at this Hotel during a family trip to Huis Ten Bosch. This was our second visit. The large public bath was clean, spacious, and very pleasant. It seems to get crowded at night, but when we went around 5 PM, it was almost like having it all to ourselves. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. There is a dedicated entrance/exit for Huis Ten Bosch, which is very convenient. We would love to stay here again next time!

    Highly Satisfied

    Stayed here after several years. While the accommodation shows some age, the room and facilities have been partially renovated and were clean, allowing for a pleasant stay. The women's large bath was crowded, with all washing areas occupied, leading to a few people standing and waiting for their turn, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was delicious. It would be great if there were more variety in the desserts.

    Reminiscent of a British Hotel

    The furnishings were reminiscent of a British Hotel. The room was spacious enough, and the slightly dim lighting allowed for a relaxing rest after a day of activities. Breakfast offered a variety of options, making it an enjoyable experience. Although I could only stay for one night, I hope to have a Multiple Night Stay next time to fully enjoy my time at the Hotel.

    Affordable and Highly Satisfying

    I needed to find accommodation on short notice, and I found an affordable plan, so I stayed at Nikko Huis Ten Bosch. The room was clean, there was a large public bath, and everything was perfect. I could also park right in front of the main entrance, which was very convenient. I was very satisfied and would love to stay again.

    First Visit to Huis Ten Bosch

    It was my first visit to Huis Ten Bosch with my daughter to meet Miffy, and it turned out to be a very enjoyable trip. In the morning of our stay, we asked for our luggage to be taken care of and went to pick up our 1-Day Passport. The concierge welcomed us with a big smile. Their clear explanations and gentle demeanor eased the usual travel tension, making us feel relaxed. The convenience of accessing Huis Ten Bosch through the hotel's exclusive gate was great, but I realized upon leaving that we should have entered through the main gate at least once. This was my only regret. Our room had a great view of Huis Ten Bosch, and we could hear music which kept our spirits high. The large public bath was spacious and clean, perfect for soothing tired feet after a day of walking. Near the public bath's vending machines offered lactic acid drinks and various flavored milk which were just right after bathing. The next morning's breakfast featured a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes; especially Nagasaki's local cuisine included many dishes I tried for the first time, all delicious. There were plenty of desserts and drinks too, allowing us to enjoy breakfast leisurely in a spacious setting. All staff members had such gentle atmospheres that even though it was just one night, we fully enjoyed the resort feeling. Thanks to everyone there, we had an incredibly fun time.     The room faced the courtyard, but due to construction, scaffolding was set up and workers were walking outside the window, obstructing the view. There is a convenient entrance exclusively for property guests to Huis Ten Bosch, and there was also a large public bath which was nice.

    This is a good Hotel to enjoy Huis Ten Bosch.

    Checked in on the evening of December 25, the final day of the Christmas event, and stayed for one night. Compared to official Hotels, it is more reasonably priced, and with a direct entrance to Huis Ten Bosch, the access is excellent, making it a convenient Hotel for general families. The Facility, especially the water-related areas, is showing signs of wear and tear, and the design feels somewhat outdated, so it might be time for renovations. However, considering the price balance, it might still be acceptable as it is. The breakfast buffet venue is a large room, and the food does not particularly stand out, so this Hotel is suitable for families like ours who prioritize enjoying Huis Ten Bosch and are not particularly focused on Hotel life.

    I arrived at the Hotel by car around 10 a.m. and asked the front desk about the Facility as I was unsure about its situation. Their response was very kind and easy to understand.
