Everything was stable.

The anniversary we mentioned in advance had been shared even with the entrance staff. In the evening, we could hear live piano music, and our Room had welcome fruit and a celebratory dish at dinner—everything made us feel truly special. At check-in at the club lounge, the staff member was also very kind and supportive about our typhoon-related travel plans. Since we stayed here again on our last day, they even asked, “How was it?” which made us feel they genuinely care about their guests. They checked in frequently about drinks and such as well, so we were thoroughly looked after in a cool, comfortable setting and could really relax. We chose the club floor and upgraded to a slightly better Room within it, so the space was more than enough. We were also really happy that the fridge drinks, minibar items, and snacks were free. The next day we went to The Atta Terrace, where those items were charged in our Room—so we were surprised at how much it added up. It suddenly made us appreciate this place even more (lol). A small bottle of awamori is included too, you can order soki soba via room service, and overall I think it’s highly satisfying for a staycation as well. Even the morning housekeeping staff greeted us politely with such a gentle voice… Honestly, there wasn’t a single unpleasant moment. After that, we tried hopping between Terrace Group Facility locations as well—and once we did it ourselves, we realized what an amazing service it is. Because the first day was so wonderful this time, we stayed three nights with Terrace Group properties—and even after returning home my partner and I keep saying to each other that it was absolutely the right choice.
