Breakfast

At the breakfast buffet, I had to wait far longer than expected. It’s unreasonable to have to line up just to get a numbered ticket. There was even a huge bottleneck all the way to the elevator heading to the breakfast venue. Abnormal. Since the number of guests staying and the number of seats are fixed, and you know how many guests there are, I understand it’s impossible to serve breakfast at every guest’s preferred time. But when you can predict peak times, you should limit entry and spread people out. And couldn’t the manager-like man handle directing guests better?! Please use a bit more thought. It used to be a good Hotel, so this was truly disappointing.
