I am satisfied with the Hotel and the Onsen.

My first stay on the Club Floor was very good. As with other New Awaji group Hotels, I was very satisfied. The hot spring water quality was also excellent. However, I had some concerns about the check-in service. First of all, there was no explanation at all about Diamond member benefits. I assumed an upgrade might not be available, but there was also no shop discount. When I asked which shop it applied to, I was told it was already closed and sold out. After that, the shop was open and I could shop as usual—of course without any discount. There was also no explanation about the checkout time, which left me feeling uneasy. That said, the bath facilities and other staff were very good. If services such as a dedicated check-in counter for Club Floor guests are not available or not provided, I think those descriptions should be removed from the website.
