I was looking forward to a Room with an open-air Onsen bath, but as a Japanese Onsen lover, it was a big disappointment. The Hotel staff said, “If you can get in, please do. It’s hot.” That was not 40°C. A staff member came, but didn’t seem knowledgeable, and it took over an hour before I could use it. Is Japanese not understood? The broadcast channels that should have been available were not connected, so they weren’t easy to watch. There was no water in the humidifier tank. There was only the mosquito coil holder—no coil. To be fair, if you contact the front desk, staff will come. I think that when you first enter that Room, it’s best to check everything yourself and contact the front desk so you can stay comfortably.
