Overall, it was disappointing.

At check-in, we were told—due to a mistake—that our Room had not been cleaned. If the view from the Room had been good, it might have helped make up for it, but unfortunately it didn’t. The Onsen floor was so uneven (perhaps to prevent slipping) that it was painful; a small child kept crying because of it. It was uncomfortable even for adults, so I can understand why. We had the dinner buffet, but the meat was tough, and the female staff member in charge of desserts such as warabi mochi was unfriendly and unpleasant. Wasn’t Sheraton supposed to be a better Hotel...?
