As the Reviews said, there were many things that were hard to understand.

I stayed here with my mother. I had read the Reviews in advance, but even so, it was hard to understand things like the direct elevator to the Onsen, how to get to the lounge inside the Onsen Facility, and where the lounge on the guestroom floor is located. Breakfast and the Onsen were wonderful, and we were very satisfied. Breakfast was crowded and we waited about 20 minutes, so I recommend going early. There were many prohibited items listed in the in-room guidebook, and I found myself reading it thinking it must be tough for staff. I assume there have been troublesome guests, but essential information is lacking in comparison, so I would like that information to be clearly provided.
