My son's family lives in Kobe, and I often visit them, but this was my first time staying at the Sheraton. The first thing that surprised me was the Onsen. It had a full-fledged spa with a sauna, which made me very happy as a sauna enthusiast. Later, I learned it is quite famous—I should have researched better beforehand! It was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet was also of high quality and very satisfying. Early in the morning, sparkling wine was served, which added to the enjoyment. It felt like excellent value for money. Access to the Osaka Kansai Expo was convenient, and I could reach the venue without much crowding. I would definitely make this my first choice for accommodation when staying in Kobe again.
