Is everything alright? We informed in advance by phone that we have an elementary school child, and as a Marriott member, Child Sharing Existing Bedding would be free of charge! However, upon check-in, we were told that an extra bed was prepared and it would be charged. When we mentioned that we had already communicated this beforehand, the response was dismissive. Then they said it’s “special” this time—what exactly is special about it? The Room was supposed to be upgraded one rank higher but wasn’t. Only after I asked if the upgrade had been applied did they take action. I chose Sheraton Hotel for its name but felt disappointed from the moment I entered the room! The front desk staff didn’t even smile once! Additionally, despite requesting room cleaning, yesterday’s towels were left behind and trash remained—it was disappointment after disappointment! Are all staff properly trained? While I may not have authority to say much, Sheraton should be a more reliable Hotel than this. Please strive to become a hotel that brings joy to others! The front desk represents the face of the Hotel!
