I had a relaxing time at the Onsen.

The room is spacious and clean, with well-equipped amenities. The Onsen was absolutely the best. The hot spring water flows directly from the source, even for the pouring bath, and the post-bath area is spacious as well. The exclusive post-bath drinks and massage were excellent, though it was unfortunate that one machine was broken. The Club Room had limited drink and snack options during both tea time and cocktail time, which felt underwhelming compared to other Sheratons. This was disappointing given how good other aspects were. Breakfast and dinner were buffets with some similar menu items, but overall, both the variety and quality were satisfying. I would love to stay again!
