Customer Service

I have stayed here multiple times, but this time the customer service was the most disappointing. We had two rooms, but one of them often lacked amenities that were present in the other (such as toiletries, glasses, bathrobes). If we had only booked one room, we might not have noticed. It was difficult to get through when calling to request missing items, and even when I did reach someone, it took a very long time for them to arrive. The pajamas provided had extremely tight elastic bands; I contacted the front desk at midnight about this issue but received no response. As a result, I had no choice but to sleep without pajama bottoms. Additionally, since the room phones do not display room numbers, it was inconvenient to communicate between our two rooms. On a positive note, the Chinese restaurant on the second floor and breakfast at the garden café were both delicious with excellent service.
