Direct access to the spa floor is highly recommended.

I visited with low expectations due to many critical reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised and had a very satisfying stay. Check-in was handled at the dedicated counter for the club floor, and perhaps because it was a weekday, there was no waiting time at the breakfast restaurant. The Onsen was also not crowded, making it easy to enjoy. At the lounge exclusively for the spa-connected floor, I appreciated being able to have milk after bathing. There are some guests who use the club lounge like an all-you-can-drink izakaya. While only one plate of hors d'oeuvres is provided, it's sufficient as an aperitif. Since the club floor is reasonably priced, I recommend having dinner at a restaurant instead.
