The lounge drinks are…

The service was excellent. However, we were told that wine and other alcoholic drinks would be available in the lounge at night, so we were looking forward to it, but although there was sake, both the white and red wine were empty. In the lounge at arrival as well, the iced coffee was also empty. It is such a lovely lounge, so this was a bit disappointing. I hope everything will be properly replenished.

Thank you very much for staying at Nasu Onsen Sanraku. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced during your time in the lounge, which you had been looking forward to. We understand that the iced coffee upon your arrival and the wine in the evening were left empty. This was an inexcusable oversight on our part, and we deeply regret that we spoiled what should have been a wonderful moment. Going forward, we will increase the frequency of regular rounds and checks to ensure that everything is always fully prepared to welcome our guests, and all staff will work together to enforce these measures thoroughly.
