We stayed again for ...
We stayed again for the first time in a while to celebrate, and the flowers you prepared in advance after our consultation had a wonderful design and were very well received. The view from the Room and the scenery from the open-air bath were excellent, and we were able to relax. The staff member who served our meals was very pleasant, and the portion sizes were just right. I was worried that sleeping on futons might hurt my back, but there was no need to worry. The only disappointment was that after bathing, the lounge drinks and glasses we wanted were not replenished, and there were no staff around to ask. Other than that, nothing in particular stood out, and we had a great time. Thank you very much. We will stay again when we travel to Nasu.

We sincerely apologize that in the lounge you were looking forward to enjoying after your bath, drinks and glasses were not sufficiently replenished and no staff members were in sight. We deeply regret that we caused you inconvenience and a sense of disappointment during what should have been a relaxing time, and we will improve by strengthening our lounge巡回 system and ensuring thorough replenishment management. In the midst of this, we are truly pleased and relieved to hear that the flowers we arranged in advance for our meeting also delighted your companion.
