A long-established tradition

Some parts of the Facility feel a bit dated, but it is well maintained, and everything was spotlessly clean—even under the roof eaves—making the stay very pleasant. The Onsen was also comfortable; my only request is that when sitting on the stonework in the open-air bath, mineral deposits can make the skin hurt. It would be helpful if it could be polished a little. This is not unique to this Facility, but there is also the issue of growing trees blocking the view. Since it is within a national park, maintenance may be restricted, but scenic views are also an asset and should be discussed with the authorities. If left as is, many resort areas will end up hidden in overgrowth. I believe Numazu City has cleared trees around a park observation deck.

On the other hand, we sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced due to mineral deposits on the stonework of the open-air bath. In response to your feedback, we will inspect the condition of the stone surfaces and review our cleaning and polishing procedures. Thank you as well for your valuable comments regarding the view. As our Accommodation is located within a national park, there are certain restrictions on tree management; however, we fully agree that preserving the view is an important asset.
