I live in Tokyo, but this was my first visit to Nasu. I didn't know that it gets very crowded during the autumn foliage season. However, it seems to be late this year, and the leaves around the open-air bath were still green. If the leaves had changed color, it would have added more charm. Overall, I think it was a good property, but I had planned to take the complimentary sparkling wine with me at checkout, and it seemed to have been forgotten. Well, I forgot about it myself too. Also, while I was having a drink in the lounge at night, the lights were suddenly turned off, which surprised me. It might have been because of the time, but wouldn't it be nice to give a heads-up? So, regarding the service, I would give it three stars. The sweet potato I received on the way back was delicious!
