Our cuisine, in particular, features carefully selected ingredients from across the country as well as local produce, with dishes meticulously handcrafted by our chefs. The menu and the presentation of the dishes change with the seasons, allowing you to enjoy the transition of the seasons through our cuisine. We are also honored that you enjoyed our pride and joy, the open-air bath. Our hot spring source naturally gushes out at 800 liters per minute from several rock crevices in Daimaru's valley. It is channeled directly to our facility from 5.4 kilometers upstream through natural flow, without any heating, circulation, or filtration, offering a pure "free-flowing hot spring." Please enjoy it to your heart's content while gazing at the seasonal maple leaves overhead. We will continue to strive to ensure that more guests will say, "I want to come back again."
