Personally, I was there for the spa, so I have no complaints about the old rooms. It's about 30 minutes from the center of Sapporo, so there's no problem with access. However, it was surprising that there was nothing, as it is common for hotels in the center to provide bottled water in the rooms. Above all, the benefits of being a Diamond member were very helpful.
